Episode 9 of The Sign starts with Tharn taking Phaya to the hospital and Montree punishing the man who almost ruined his plan. Montree curses Tharn's father because even after killing him, his son is becoming a nuisance and getting in the way of his business.
In a flashback, we see how Montree sent his man after Tharn's father since he had evidence of Montree's drug business, including the location. On the day they died, Tharn's father was taking him and his mother to the countryside to stay with Tharn's grandmother for their safety from Montree. The man driving the truck came to check if Tharn's father was dead, and Tharn saw the spider tattoo on his wrist. Montree asks his man to take care of Kao's case first and then deal with Tharn later.
Meanwhile, the team arrives at the hospital to check on Phaya, and they wonder how he drowned. The doctor updates that Phaya is experiencing a lack of oxygen in the brain and is transferred to the intensive care unit to receive oxygen, and they will not be able to see him tonight. The nurse gives Tharn Phaya's clothes while Phaya is frantically looking for Tharn in the alternate dimension in his mind. Chalothon comforts Tharn that night, telling him not to blame himself for the accident, and he notices that Phaya does not have his amulet on.
The following day, the team tries to get Tharn to check on Phaya instead of staying at work, but he says he is okay since Phaya's family is with him. Akk calls a meeting about the similarities between Kao and Lieutenant Tam's case. Tharn tells them that the man he fought with in the woods had the same tattoo as the man who killed his parents, and he thinks that the man is connected to Montree.
Tharn tries to get Akk to issue a warrant so they can question Montree, but Akk tells him to find his evidence first and to separate work from personal matters or else he will remove him from the case.
Tharn does not heed Akk's warning and insists on going after Montree. The boys do not let him go alone, and they follow him to Sigh, who has some information regarding the case of Tharn's father. A shocking revelation is that Akk knew Tharn's father since he took care of him after his brother committed suicide. The boys are unsure what to make of the situation since Akk has never mentioned that he knew Tharn's father.
Meanwhile, in his office, Akk thinks back to when he met Tharn's father during his brother's funeral, and he promised to take care of him and treat him like his family. Akk goes through a file on his desk and calls someone, asking if Korn did it. The person asks if he should arrest him, and Akk tells him they should concentrate on the big case.
The boys arrive at the hospital to check on Phaya, who is still unconscious but stable. Tharn is heartbroken to see Phaya like that, but the boys comfort him and tell him that Phaya will do anything to return to him. Afterwards, Khem updates them about his investigation into the spider tattoo since he discovered that the gang that uses it are usually ex-cops. He has an address for a bar where they can find the manager in charge of the gang, and Tharn wants to go alone.
However, the boys will not let him, and he has to choose between either calling Akk and reporting the issue or allowing them to go with him. Tharn chooses the latter. Meanwhile, Chalothon is adamant about killing Phaya since he knows that he does not have the charm necklace to protect him.
The boys arrive at the bar and corner the manager while he steps out to freshen up after Yai spills his drink all over him. The manager is unwilling to give them any information, and they start a fight. He manages to dodge the boys and head out to the bar, where his men surround the boys. The manager slips out as they fight the gang, and Yai asks Tharn to run after him.
Outside, Tharn runs into a gang man with the spider tattoo and becomes more confused when he manages to see the man's face, which is their old friend Chat. The boys run after him, but Tharn gets visions about Phaya, and he runs back to the hospital.
Phaya gets into a fight with Chalothon in the alternate dimension of his mind. The Abbot tries to stop Chalothon, but he is adamant, which causes Phaya to have a severe seizure. Tharn arrives to put the protection necklace on, and Chalothon lets him go. Phaya stops seizing and opened his eyes, glad that the first person he saw was Tharn. Chalothon can no longer touch him.
In the next scene, Akk finds out about the team investigating behind his back and is furious. Tharn says he will take the punishment on behalf of the team so they can continue to investigate and bring Montree to justice. He leaves his badge and gun at Akk's office and goes home. At the same time, Phaya wakes up and remembers his dream about Tharn and their past together.
He leaves the hospital without the doctor's authorisation and goes to Tharn. As soon as Tharn opens the door, Phaya hugs him, apologising for not recognising him earlier and letting him stay close to Chalothon. Phaya asks Tharn to remain by his side henceforth because, in Phaya's words, "Because you are only mine."

Episode 12 of The Sign starts with Inspector Akk telling the team about his secret investigation and Chat's involvement. The team is angry that he did not tell them about it, but he tells them that he kept everything hidden because he could not trust anybody, not even the team or Tharn.
He says that Liutenenat Tam was an undercover agent in Montree's case, and he died because someone in the team leaked information. Meanwhile, Singh tracks down Chat's last known location, which gives them a possible search area, while Phaya and Tharn are five kilometres west of Chat's location. Akk splits the team into two teams, tasking Yai with finding Tharn while the rest go after Montree.
Montree learns from his men that Akk and his team are approaching, so he orders them to move the stash to the warehouse while he tries to escape. Akk's team first runs into the men carrying out the boxes from the warehouse, and a gunfight ensues.
The police and the game rangers are almost pinned down, but Yai arrives with Phaya and Tharn and turns the moment around in the nick of time. The team pushes Montree's men back to the warehouse, making it hard for Montree to escape.
Montree's secondary plan is to get to the boat while his men engage the police officers. He manages to slip through when Yai, Tharn, and Phaya are surrounded by his men, but Phaya notices and sends Tharn after them. Montree and his man easily overpower Tharn, and they hold him at gunpoint while Montree rains blows on him.
He says he will send Tahrn to be with his parents, but before his man can shoot him, Chalothorn shows up in his Naga form, scaring Montree and his man, giving Tharn a chance to turn things around. He throws Montreee's man overboard while Chalothorn tries to squeeze the life out of Montree. Tharn pleads for his life, saying he wants Montree to pay for what he did, and Chalothon lets him go. Yai puts handcuffs on Montree, who is still speechless due to shock.
The team finds various kinds of drugs in the warehouse and figures out how he concealed them to avoid detection during smuggling. They also have a voice clip of Montree issuing orders, but he is still confident enough to claim that Akk is trying to frame him during the interrogation.
He laughs when Akk tells him that he will find out the person behind him who gives all the orders. Akk vows to make sure that Montree goes to jail for a long time and that he will eradicate the drug network in the country.
Montree and his men torture Chat, trying to find out whom he works for, when suddenly, one of his men tells him that the police are on the way. Montree tries to escape and drags Chat with him, but Akk and his team force them back into the warehouse.
Chat takes a chance to escape when Montree and his men are distracted, but he is shot by Montree's right-hand man, who then uses him to make Tharn and Phaya drop their guns. However, when the man goes to shoot them, Chat rushes forward and gets shot in the back, but he survives.
During the shootout, Khem shields Thongthai and takes a bullet for him, which lands him in hospital, and he survives.
Tharn and Phaya are still stuck inside the cave as they try to find their way out. They walk around for a while until they eventually see some light. Unfortunately, they are way down in the cave and cannot climb up, so the only option is to call out for help. Luckily, Yai is around the cave.
He hears their call for help, eventually finds them, and pulls them out of the cave. Yai scolds them for always putting themselves in danger and them on the undercover mission Akk and Chat have been carrying out. Suddenly, they hear gunshots in the distance as the team starts to exchange bullets with Montree's men. They decide to help, arrive in time to turn the tables, and the team starts pushing back.
After capturing Montree, Phaya and Thran head home accompanied by Yai. Their families are relieved that they made it back home alive. Later, Tharn thanked Phaya for always being by his side from the first moment they met, and they spent an intimate night together. However, the following day, he wakes up alone and immediately realises that Chalothon has taken Tharn.
On the day of the Naga festival, Tharn's grandmother wakes up early to present her offerings to Naga and plead in her prayers that he not take Tharn away from them. The Abbot is also praying, hoping that the inevitable will not happen. Suddenly, Phaya rushes out of the room hysterically, crying, "he has taken Tharn away."
Tharn's grandmother faints, and Yai and his wife rush to the scene after hearing Phaya's screams. Phaya runs everywhere around the garden, to the Abbot, and to the river to look for Tharn. He dives into the river following Chalothon, and they fight as Phaya tries to take Tharn away.
Phaya confront Chalothon. Chalothon insisting that he is the one who loves Tharn the most and that only he can make him happy. Phaya is unwilling to let Tharn go, and the two exchange blows, but the charm protects Phaya from Chalothon.
He makes an ice spear and aims at Phaya, but Tharn jumps in front of Phaya, saving him from the impact, but gets hurt in the process. In the next scene, we get flashes of their past and present relationship through intimate times, dangers, and Phaya fighting with Chalothon.
Tharn is seriously injured, and in his last moments, he begs Chalothon and Phaya to stop fighting. Chalothon thinks the only way to save Tharn is to take him to the Naga cave, but Phaya does not want to let him go. Chalothon uses his power to push Phaya away, and he vanishes with Tharn in his arms.
Then, Phaya wakes up in the hospital when his sister says that he drowned and has been unconscious for four days. Moreover, Tharn is still missing, and they have not found his body. Phaya cannot help but keep crying as he remembers the times he and Tharn spent together since their first meeting in childhood. The IDF team arrives to check on him and updates that they are doing all they can to find Tharn.
Phaya takes an indefinite time off work to look for Tharn. He goes deep diving in many places along the Naga River but still does not find him. He also spends time with Tharn's grandmother as they both try to get through the pain of loss. The Abbot also has no idea where to find Tharn.
The team takes a week off work during the next Naga festival to help him look for Tharn while Akk tries to talk him into getting back to work. Phaya does not accept their help, and he continues his walk along the river, looking like a zombie with no feelings, when he suddenly hears Tharn call his name.
Tharn tells Phaya that Chalothon took him to Naga City and tried to save Tharn by giving him his Naga soul. He wanted to return as soon as he felt better, but he felt sad for Chalothon and wanted to look after him. Moreover, he wanted Chalothon to stop trying to tear them apart, and the only way to do that was to make sure that he understood their relationship and truly let Tharn go. At last, he understood and brought Tharn to be with Phaya.
Tharn promises Phaya that he will never leave him again, and the two kiss and hug happily at the end of The Sign Episode 12.
In the post credit scene Phaya meets a Garuda who calls him Sakunanopparuj. Then we will see Phaya with wings.

Episode 10 of The Sign starts with Tharn and Phaya in Tharn's bed, with Phaya telling him about his dreams and their past. Tharn is not fazed to learn that he was a Naga in his past life and Phaya was a Garuda. He only wants to know about the person threatening their love, but Abbot warns Phaya not to tell Tharn about it since it would put him in danger because he acts on impulse and emotions, and he will want to protect Phaya, which will put him in danger. Phaya asks Tharn to accompany him to the Abbot to keep him safe before they figure out Chalothon's whereabouts.
Phaya promises to help Tharn discover what happened to his family, and he asks him to stay away from Chalothon. He does not tell him the truth about it but says he is jealous. Tharn says that he has not talked to Chalothon in the past few days and did not tell him anything regarding his whereabouts. Meanwhile, Chalothon is in Naga City, trying to heal his human body. The Abbot had said to him that trying to kill Phaya would affect his human body, but he did not listen to his warnings.
The following day, Tharn wakes up to many missed calls and texts from Yai. When Phaya suddenly left the hospital, he did not tell his family about it, and they were hysterically searching for him. Suddenly, Yai knocks on the door, and Phaya's grandmother and sister accompany him. Phaya apologises to his grandmother for worrying him and tells them that he and Tharn are dating. The grandmother is not against their relationship and even offers to accompany them to Nongkai to visit the Abbot.
Elsewhere, Singh, Khem, and Thongthai snoop around the police bureau database and Akk's office, looking for information that can help with Tharn's case, and they find some interesting leads. After Chart failed the test at the training camp, he neither resigned from the police force nor returned to work with his old unit. Consequently, his work record has been wiped out from the database. Khem tried to find out his whereabouts from the police colleagues, but none of them knew about his whereabouts. Chat's scenario is similar to what happened to Akk's brother and Lieutenant Tam.
Singh updates that after checking the CCTV footage at the club, it was wiped clean, and Tharn thinks that someone might be cleaning up after Chart and making sure there are no traces of him left. The file Khem and Thongthai found on Akk's desk had details about Khom, Montree's right-hand man, and his tattoo is similar to the one Tharn saw on his father's killer. Phaya remembers that Tharn saw the same tattoo on Chat's wrist, and they wonder if he might also be one of Montree's men. Singh thinks the case involving Tharn's parents, Lieutenant Tam and Kao, might be related, and Akk knew about it but never told them. The boys start to wonder if Akk is working for Montree, and Tharn decides to confront Akk and ask about his parents.
Inspector Akk tells Tharn he is the boy that his father sent to school after his brother's death and tells him that someone in the unit betrayed his father. On the day he died, Tharn's father had conclusive evidence about Montree's drug smuggling operation, but the team leader was one of Montree's men, and he betrayed him. Akk does not trust anyone in the unit, so he has been secretly investigating the case, but Tharn's impulsiveness threatens his progress. Therefore, he asks Tharn to stop intruding and will tell him everything once he returns to work.
Tharn and Phaya's family stop by the temple to pay their respects to the Abbot before heading to the grandmother's house. The Abbot gives Phaya holy threads and asks him and Tharn to wear them for protection since Chalothon will become stronger and more vicious during the Naga Fireball celebration. While at home, Tharn gets an update on the case from Yai and Ning, Kao's girlfriend, agrees to testify against Montree. Tharn hopes she can give them something that can help go after his parent's killer. However, Tharn gets a vision of Ning's death, and soon after, Khom kills her.
Fortunately, Akk and the team got a flash drive with a recording of Khom and Kai giving him instructions about getting paintings from Art and sending them to a warehouse in Nongkai. Meanwhile, Tharn and Phaya get a case where the workers say they saw a tiger man, and he ate one of their men in the forest. Coincidentally, Inspector Akk receives a message informing him that Montree is heading to Nongkai, where Nongkai forest produces medicine along the Mekong River. At the end of the episode, Akk vows that he will not let Montree escape again.

Episode 8 of The Sign starts with Tharn and Phaya sleeping after their intimate time together. Suddenly, Phaya starts choking like someone is strangling him, and he cannot breathe. Meanwhile, the Abbot is telling some invincible person to stop, and a voice sounding like Chalothon tells him that he will not stop since Phaya dares take what is his.
The Abbot tries to reason with the voice, telling it that Tharn did not choose him, so he should let go of his selfish love, but the voice says it will separate them for eternity. Phaya continues to struggle in bed. The Abbot starts praying, and his voice wakes up Tharn. When he touches Phaya, he suddenly wakes up from the bad dream, and Tharn asks him always to wear the necklace even when he sleeps. The two go back to sleep.
Tharn calls the Abbot the following morning to ask him about Phaya's bad dream. He remembers the Abbot telling him to keep Phaya and Chalothon from each other. He says that when he heard Abbot's voice calling him to wake up, he also heard another voice screaming, which sounded familiar. The Abbot tells him and Phaya to protect each other since danger lurks in the darkness.
In addition, Tharn and Phaya must stay away from the river because that is where the dangerous person threatening their lives stays. Tharn tells Phaya about it, but Phaya does not take the warning seriously.
When they arrive at work, Tharn and Phaya first go to the gym and find Khem, Thongthai, and Yai already working out. The friends start teasing Phaya and Tharn about spending the night together, and as they goof around, Sigh calls them out for a meeting about Kao's case.
The police had noted that Kao's credit card had been used recently, and after following up, they found out that someone had found Kao's wallet near a swamp in the forest where he alighted the taxi. Akk sends Yai, Phaya, and Tharn to investigate near the swamp while Thongthai and Khem question his girlfriend, Ning.
When they arrive at the swamp, Tharn reminds Phaya to stay away from the river, and he wants him to sit the investigation out, but Phaya insists on participating so long as Tharn stays by his side. They promise to keep each other safe, and they continue the investigation.
Suddenly, Chalothon calls Tharn, and he has to step away from the group to take the call. When Phaya turns to look for him, he sees Tharn disappearing into the forest and hurriedly follows him, but it turns out to be an illusion. Tharn is still talking on the phone, and when he is done, the team gets an update on something and runs in a different direction from the one Phaya saw Tharn disappear to, and Tharn runs after them.
Meanwhile, Phaya arrives at a riverbed and sees Tharn disappear underwater, and when he tries to run after him, some invisible force that he cannot resist starts pulling him into the water. After Phaya is pulled underwater, he wakes up in a different dimension and meets with a woman who claims to be Wansarut's sister. According to the woman, Wansarut is Phaya's lover, and the sister wants to make amends for what she did to them by showing Phaya the truth about his past. The woman calls Phaya Master Garuda.
Phaya starts seeing a vision of a Garuda fighting with a Naga, and he feels the pain as they fight when the Naga constricts the Garuda. The woman tells him he feels pain since he is the Garuda in his vision. The Garuda manages to escape from the Naga's constriction, and Phaya sees it change into Chalothon. The woman calls him Prince Chalothon, the ruler of Naga city. In addition, he is his love rival. Phaya is injured from the fight with Prince Chalothon, and Wansarut (Tharn) finds him. Even though they are enemies, Tharn chooses to heal Phaya. The woman explains that the Naga and the Garuda were siblings, but due to a conflict brought about by jealousy between bloodlines, they became enemies and were always fighting.
Our story continues, and eventually, Tharn and Phaya fall in love. However, the sister was jealous since she wanted Chalothon to love her. She hatched a plan to make it look like Wansarut was poisoned to death, and when Phaya found out about it, he went to the river to look for Wansarut, risking the Naga finding him. Phaya was scared that Wansarut's life was in danger and wanted to take her away.
However, Wansarut disliked the war between the Garuda and the Naga, and she did not want to leave with Phaya. She did not want anyone to die because of her. Chalothon found them, and Wansarut chose to stay with Chalothon to save Phaya, but Phaya would not let her go, and he fought Chalothon for Wansarut's love.
Chalothon throws a stone spear to end Phaya's life, but Wansarut stands in front of Phaya. The spear went through both of them, and they fell to the ground by the riverbank, holding each other. Before they took their last breath, they made a vow to find each other and be by each other's side in their next lives.
The story confuses Phaya since he did not take Wansarut away from Chalothon and had no idea they were together. Consequently, the person he is in love with is not the Nagini from the vision but Tharn. The sister explains that Tharn is an incarnation of the Nagini that the Garuda was in love with, and no matter how many lives pass, they are always in love with each other in every life.
Even though they find each other in every life, they never end up together because Prince Chalothon is always there to tear them apart by killing Phaya. However, he is unable to kill Phaya since Wansarut coughed out her soul and gave it to the Garuda, and it is contained in the necklace that Tharn gave him.
Wind and lightning start to tear apart the dimension that Phaya got pulled into. Wansarut's sister tells him that Chalothon must have found them, but before she leaves, she asks Phaya to protect her sister on the 15th night of the 11th waxing moon. He should not let Chalothon take her, or they will be apart forever.
Back to Kao's case at the swamp, the team finds Kao's body. Yai thinks that he was killed somewhere else and dumped into the swamp. Kao's wrists and legs are tied together, which reminds them of Lieutenant Tam's case. Suddenly, Tharn sees a vision of how Kao died and when he looks around, he sees a man watching them from the trees, and he chases after him. Meanwhile, Yai requests a forensics team at the scene.
Tharn catches up to the man, and while they are fighting, he notices that the man has the same tattoo as the man who was involved in his parent's accident. The man overpowers Tharn and starts strangling him, but Yai arrives in time. He lets Tharn go, and Yai runs after him. Suddenly, Tharn saw a vision of Phaya drowning and ran to his rescue.
He gets him out of the water, but he does not respond to Tharn's attempts to resuscitate him. At the end of the episode, Tharn holds onto Phaya and shouts for help.

Episode 11 of The Sign starts with the special investigation unit planning the wipe-out mission for drug dealers, including Montree. The mission includes a forest search, arrest, and seizure, and Inspector Akk updates that they will be collaborating with the forest rangers and the navy.
The team tries to convince Inspector Akk to include Tharn in the mission, but he does not respond to their request. After the meeting, Akk asks Yai to stay behind since he wants to know how Tharn knew that Montree would kill Ning before they did, and he tells him about Tharn's visions, to which he thinks that Yai is making up stories.
Meanwhile, Tharn and Phaya continue investigating the case of the tiger man. They ask Kham, one of the workers, about Joe's disappearance, but he claims that he did not know anything about it, insisting that the tiger man took Joe. Phaya searches through Joe's room, which has been ransacked as if someone is looking for something, while Kham acts suspicious. Tharn and Phaya continue to search through the compound, and they find drugs and an injection needle buried.
Tharn's first thought is to call Chalothon and ask for his help to give the workers a drug test, but Phaya thinks they should ask another doctor. Tharn says that he only trusts Chalothon, but Phaya says that he does not trust him, which makes Tharn keep asking questions, saying that he should stop being jealous. Phaya comes clean about Chalothon, telling Tharn that he is the Naga who tried to keep them apart in their past lives without forgetting that he is the person who tried to drown him. Tharn does not believe Phaya and gets mad at him for insinuating those things about Chalothon.
Suddenly, thunder started roaring while lightning flashed through the sky, making Tharn worry that it was time for Chalothon to come for Tharn. We learn that Tharn's grandmother knows about Chalothon as she once saw him standing over Tharn while he was sleeping, and he said that when the time is right, he and Tharn will be together. She then saw him years later when Tharn introduced Chalothon to his grandmother, and now she is afraid that he has come to take Tharn away.
Phaya and Tharn arrive home the following morning, and their grandmothers are thrilled to see them back safe. However, there is still lingering uncertainty and Tharn's grandmother asks to talk to him privately. She tells him about her worry and the hope that Phaya is the person Abbot mentioned who will protect Tharn from the dangers. Tharn insists that he wants to carry through the investigation and find the person who killed his father. Since his grandmother knows she cannot stop him, she only asks Tharn to be careful since she feels the person the Abbot talks about is coming for him.
Montree gets an order for a drug shipment, and he asks Chat to accompany his men so he can learn about the business. Elsewhere, Phaya and Tharn continue to investigate the case of the missing body, but talking to the workers does not provide any clues. Suddenly, Tharn sees a vision of Kham getting into a gunfight, and he thinks Kham will be killed, so he rushes into the forest to look for Kham. Phaya and Tharn follow Kham deep into the forest.
Meanwhile, the special investigations team arrives at the forest with the forest rangers and starts to deliberate the way forward in their plan. At the same time, Phaya and Tharn follow Kham as he digs up drugs hidden next to a body before setting it on fire. Phaya steps on a dry stick as he tries to creep towards Kham, which starts a gunfight between them. Kham sets the body on fire and runs in the opposite direction while Tharn and Phaya continue to chase him through the woods.
The chase leads them toward Montree's men, who join the fight since they have an issue to settle with Kham since he stole their drugs and with Phaya and Tharn since they are police officers. The gunshots are heard through the forest, which alerts Akk and the team. Chalothon joins in the fight, using tricks to try to kill Phaya.
Phaya and Tharn run from Montree's man, but they arrive at the cliff's edge with nowhere else to run, and he kicks them off. Luckily, they do not fall off as Tharn holds on to a rock and tries to pull up Phaya, but it does not work, and Tharn starts slipping. Phaya forces Tharn to let him go so he can pull himself up, but as soon as Phaya starts falling, presumably to his death, Tharn also lets go, but Chalothon's magic saves him.
Tharn is shocked to see that what Phaya told him about Chalothon is true, and Chalothon takes all his loved ones away and insists that Tharn could only be his. He asks Tharn to go with him, and when he refuses, intending to look for Phaya down the cliff, Chalothon threatens to kill all his family members and anyone close to him. As Chalothon vanishes, a spark of light takes Tharn away.
Chat calls Inspector Akk to tell him about Phaya and Tharn and where to find them, but Montree's man points a gun at him, and the call gets cut. Elsewhere, Phaya somehow manages to get to a safe place inside a cave, and Tharn suddenly joins him. They spend the night in each other's arms on the cold and hard cave floor, and the following morning, they prepare to find a way out of the cave.
Suddenly, Tharn thanks Phaya for coming into his life and apologises for always causing him hurt. He promises never to forget Phaya and always be the only one he loves. Phaya is confused about why Tharn says those things as he kisses him at the end of the episode.
