When Carol begins to hug Lizzie after the walker attack, Lizzie is holding her gun in her left hand, but in the next shot, Lizzie is holding it in her right hand.
After Carol tells Lizzie to look at the flowers, we see Carol standing behind and to the side of Lizzie. In the next shot, Carol is directly behind Lizzie.
Lizzie had shown (several times) that she had appropriate fear of walkers when they were an immediate threat to her or others, and she even killed them. In addition, she had always protected Mika from dying. The inconsistencies in Lizzie's behavior and perceptions were part of her mental health issues. She was very confused and curious about walkers and death in general.
Tyreese tells Carol that Lizzie was the one who killed the rabbit that was inside the prison. However, this behavior doesn't match Lizzie, as it had been dissected, mounted, and displayed against the wall (rather than simply killed and put down).
Throughout her time with Lizzie, Carol seems oblivious that she saw walkers able to think (like using a rock to break windows) and have mindfulness (like sitting patiently in church pews). In addition, the Greene family (which includes a veterinarian) and Michonne were keeping their own walker loved ones alive. It's as if Carol has forgotten that adults too have believed there is more left inside the walkers. Carol never asks Lizzie why she believed what she did, or if she had seen walkers do even more.
Tyreese can't grasp Lizzie's points either. Early on, Rick saw a little girl walker that noticed her lost stuffed animal, picked it up, and held on to it. He also saw another walker peer at a peephole and understand that turning a doorknob could open a door. Still another walker knew it was agile enough to climb a fence. It's as if Tyreese was never told by Rick and the others about such significant (and critical to be aware of) walker behavior/abilities. Much of what Lizzie was saying about them was accurate, yet she is treated as if she doesn't know what she is talking about.

As if they have completely forgotten that walkers had JUST attacked and that horrible people are out there, Tyreese and Carol leave the girls alone in the open. - Completely out of sight, and apparently out of reasonable range to hear trouble.
In the very end of the episode as Carol and Tyreese are walking away from the house they do not appear to have Judith with them.
