Treblinka is shown as a sprawling industrial complex with factories and brick buildings. In reality, Treblinka was a relatively small camp with most structures made of wood.
The series depicts the famous attempt of Hitler's life as occurring on April 20th 1944. The actual attempt on Hitler's life was three months later in July.
As part of von Schraeder's transformation into Ben Grossman, he is given a number tattoo. This method of identification was only used at Auschwitz but Grossman's "alibi" only mentions being incarcerated at Treblinka and Belsen.

At a meeting in 1944, a large number of SS officers are wearing the 1930s era black SS jacket. The black uniform had been phased out of the SS in 1940 and had been completely discontinued by 1944 in favor of the wartime gray SS tunic.
Treblinka is shown being evacuated in the spring of 1944 after the camp of Majdanek is captured by the Russians. Majdanek was not captured until the fall of 1944, and the Treblinka camp had been closed and dismantled in November 1943.
