Do not mind the other review. This whole arc and episode was AMAZING. It brings back the nostalgia feeling while it also touches you with a story about Yoda's journey to figure out the future and let go of the past. Incredible!

Quest for knowledge

This 3rd part of the arc involving Yoda's quest to learn the truth takes him to strange worlds following Qui Gonn's promises that there is a path to greater knowledge of the force which will help the Jedi defeat the Sith.
The world where Yoda meets mysterious guides is very interesting. It is a full on journey into new fantasy realms similar to the Mortis arc from earlier in Clone Wars story. As with that story this is dark, fascinating and involving.
This engages your heart whilst also involving your mind in thoughtful ideas.
Ambitious and powerful storytelling.
My rating: 10/10.

Giving character development to a character that hasn't been this good since 1980.

Yoda is exceptional in this arc. It is easy to give adventures to characters like anakin and obi wan as they have flaws despite having good intentions. But Yoda is old and wise and until this arc has come off as a flawless character. Yet this episode proves not even yoda is flawled, he too has the dark side within him. And he battles with it. No seriously. I mean he LITERALLY BATTLES WITH IT. This episode is so good.

I really like what they did with Yoda in this whole arc and this episode specifically. I always loved the little guy in the original trilogy, but this is probably the best writing and character development ge has ever received. He was long due for some more time in the spotlight.
Very insightful and deep. I never thought I'd see some Star Wars lore in the screen that would get me thinking. Very entertaining.
