- Miles, Charlie and Connor discover Willoughby now has a reeducation center. Rachel and Miles clash over how to fight the Patriots. Neville and Jason gain an ally.
- Charlie and Monroe return to Willoughby and learn of the re-education camp. Most of the young people from the town seem to be undergoing training there. Miles and Monroe capture two of these teens who have seemingly escaped from the camp. A dispute arises over what they should do with them with Monroe arguing they should be killed. In the town itself, Tom Neville butts heads with Victor Doyle who also makes another enemy in Ed Truman by taking charge. Meanwhile, Aaron and Priscilla are making their way back to Willoughby - but she is keeping a secret from him.—garykmcd
- We open with Miles, Rachel, Tom and Jason all pointing guns at one another. The standoff is interrupted when Doyle and some men storm in with guns blasting. Miles and Rachel take off and Tom is furious.
Tom meets with Doyle in Truman's office. He asks for more men to help get Monroe and Doyle is pissed he's already lost plenty. Doyle tells Truman to give them the room and tells Tom that the only reason he and Julia are alive is because the president wouldn't let him kill them.
Monroe makes a few cracks to Charlie about her sleeping with his son. Miles and Rachel join up with them. Monroe fills Miles in on the men Charlie helped them acquire.
Gene points out to Rachel that it looks like something is going on between Charlie and Connor.
Miles shows Monroe the Patriot's youth camp, pointing out there is a munitions dump. They agree they could use the weapons. On their way out they catch two of the kids trying to follow them. It is a girl and boy and both are young
Aaron and Priscilla are camped out a few hundred miles from Willoughby. Aaron points out that she's seemed particularly happy since Lubbock.
Roger updates the president on what's happening in Texas with their boot camp. The president is worried that Miles and Monroe are still at-large and threatens to kill him and his family if something goes wrong.
Miles and Monroe return with the kids. Gene recognizes them and we learn their names are Kim and Dillon. He delivered them and has known them they're entire lives. Gene and Rachel don't like the fact that going after the munitions dump means killing some of the kids in the boot camp. Monroe doesn't think there's any other way.
Rachel and Gene question the kids and find out they enlisted.
Monroe and Miles debate how to treat the kids. Miles says he trusts Rachel more than he does Monroe.
Gene defiantly takes the kids out of camp. Monroe thinks they'll give away their position and tries to stop them. Miles talks him down from the ledge and says he'll take care of it.
During their walk Miles tells Rachel for them to win there will be "collateral damage." She reminds him her son died as collateral damage.
The first stop is to Kim's home. Her father doesn't trust Miles and seems to have bought the message of the Patriots. Kim sets him straight, telling him how poorly she was treated at the camp. He sees that a five-digit number has been tattooed on the inside of her eyelid. He reads it out loud and something changes in Kim. She grabs a shotgun and shoots her father. She tries to pull the trigger again but it's empty. She picks up a knife and cuts her own throat.
During the night Priscilla moves close to Aaron. They end up having sex.
Tom convinces Truman he knows where to find Monroe. He wants them to find him without Doyle and impress the president.
We flash back to the Guantanamo Bay, a few months after the blackout. Truman is a guard at the base and doesn't understand why they're continuing to keep the prison operational despite not having heard from the mainland for months. They look out the window and see dozens of ships arriving. They are carrying the majority of the US government.
Dillon is brought back to camp. They debate whether to kill him and Miles seems now to be on Monroe's side. Rachel makes an emotional plea for them to do "the right thing" rather than what seems smart. As this point Tom and Truman's team arrives and guns start firing. A huge firefight ensues, the result of which is that Monroe and everybody else get away. Monroe has a chance to kill Dillon, but lets him escape.
Doyle rips Tom and Truman a new one. He tells Truman that from now on he'll need his permission to do anything. He warns Tom that he'll kill Julia if he crosses him again.
Truman flashes back to Jack Davis addressing the assembled people on the base. He is next in line for the presidency and has a plan to rebuild a stronger America, feeling that some of the weaker links will be killed off. He thinks they will be the "new founding fathers." Doyle then takes the floor and talks about being able to get people on their side, whether or not they're willing.
In present day Tom takes Truman aside and hints they take out Doyle.
Miles tells Rachel he's not sure if he did the right thing. Later he and Monroe talk about their motivation. Monroe admits that his goal is to re-claim his empire.
We see Doyle grab Jason and open his eye. He reads off Jason's number and starts to asks questions about Tom.
In the night Priscilla goes for a walk. She stops under a tree and looks up with a smile as she is surrounded by nanotech.
