Burt Macklin's FBI identification card says that he is an agent of the Federal Bureau of Justice, United States Department of Investigation. This is the same as Scully's and Mulder's cards in The X-Files (1993).
The full disclaimer shown in the episode is actually three pages long. It includes a list of activities that Channel 46 has told Andy to stop doing or encouraging others to do, including eating non-edible items, covering the studio in various substances, attempting to break any records in competitive eating, and claiming to be an agent of the FBI. It also contains text typed by Andy when the lawyer left the room, ending, "Colts rule Colts rule Johnny Karate forever Reggie Wayne forever Greg Pikitis sucks ok he's coming back I love you April bye!".
