- During the opening scene of the game your character is badly injured with a metal scrap pulled out of their stomach bleeding out
- Infamous for using the most sophisticated gore system (F. L. E. S. H). Highly detailed blood and gore. Frequent violence towards humanoid zombie characters.
- Player's can dismember, decapitate, disembowel zombies and can even crush their bones, making the bone stick out.
- Probably one of the most if not the most bloody and gory zombie game.
- THIS GAME HAS THE MOST DETAILED AND UP CLOSE SYSTEM OF GORE AND DISMEBERMENT OF ANY GAME TO DATE.
- The game has a groundbreaking very visceral gore system called F. L. E. S. H in which different weapons do different, realistic and satisfyingly disgusting things to enemies, ripping flesh, tearing and maiming limbs, heads explode, necks break, jaws detach. Bones skin muscle blood and organs are shown in copious amounts. They can be impaled, stabbed, shot, punched and hammered.
- Players can use guns, vehicles, explosives and melee weapons to kill the undead.
- Blood splatters when a zombie is hit.

- Strong language is present throughout with frequent uses of the f word and s word including cursing in Spanish as well as British slang.

- The game is rather light hearted and silly and isn't meant to be taken too seriously. However, it's extremely gory and the zombies can be scary for some.
- While being a steampunk, comedy it is dark and gory with a host of scary environments and bleak themes.

Violence & Gore
- Angelina turns and bites your character on the arm and then proceeds to attack joshua who is stuck and then she is put down with a heel in her eye with blood splattering and then Joshua turns ends up escaping but is ripped in half with his intestines exposed and is stomped to death with his brains exposed.
