Katy Perry took the red carpet by storm for the premiere of Jeremy Scott: The People's Designer in La on Tuesday night. The singer arrived in a low-cut black halter dress and oozed Old Hollywood glamour while posing for photos; she also linked up with Jeremy - who wore a complementary look - for a few snaps before they were honored with a handprint ceremony at Tcl Chinese Theater. Katy showed lots of cleavage while signing her name and sticking her hands in the cement, then struck a series of silly poses for the cameras. Katy has a prominent role in the Jeremy Scott documentary, which follows the 40-year-old Moschino designer's career. The pop star has been his muse for years, and in addition to wearing his creations on the red carpet and during her epic Super Bowl performance, Katy has also walked in his runway shows and served as...

Katy Perry has never looked sexier! The "Roar" singer showed off her assets as she and designer Jeremy Scott were honored with a handprint ceremony at the Tcl Chinese Theater on Tuesday in Hollywood, California. Perry looked stunning at the event, wearing a plunging black gown that even showed some leg with a thigh-high slit. The "Dark Horse" singer also debuted a new 'do as well -- trading in her signature black tresses for some caramel highlights. Scott matched the pop star at the event, opting for a sequined black tux sans shirt. The longtime friends likewise posed for photos on the red carpet before checking out the designer's new film, "Jeremy Scott: The People's Designer," which premiered after the handprint ceremony. It also sounds like Perry played a big part in Jeremy's movie. "Katy is the arc of the film," he told Us Weekly at the event. "When you see it,...

The 30-year-old pop star bared crazy cleavage in a low-cut black, sparkling studded halter dress with an empire waist and wrap skirt with a thigh high slit. After she lifted her hands from the wet cement, her dress rode up and almost gave spectators an eyeful. Luckily, she was spared a wardrobe malfunction. Perry was honored along with designer Jeremy Scott. The event was held during the premiere of Jeremy Scott: The People's Designer at the Tcl Chinese Theatre. Other celebs in attendance included Dita Von Teese, Lily Collins, Liberty Ross and Vanessa...

The irreverent designer who has made best friends within the Hollywood jet set is getting his own documentary. This would be Jeremy Scott, of course: The Kansas City native who helms a namesake collection and the Italian label Moschino (the latter a part of his repertoire since 2013). The star favorite designer will be profiled in the film Jeremy Scott: The People's Designer, which explores his Midwestern roots and astronomic rise in the fashion world, including the development of his latest collection for Moschino (you know, the one with all the Looney Tunes duds that we gushed over in March). The film is produced by Matt Kapp, the same filmmaker who brought us Valentino: The Last Emperor. (Fashion documentaries...
