- The intro shows Liv putting a brain on a scale and then eating brains in noodles. At the beginning of the episode, Liv is examining the chest cavity of a body, The skin is peeled back, and there are visible organs and blood. Liv cuts a bit off a bloody brain in a tupperware container, puts it on a cracker, covers it with hot sauce, and eats it. While Liv is with the detective, and he isn't looking, she pulls some brain out of a ziploc bag and eats it. Liv goes into "full-on Zombie mode" and then repeatedly smashes a zombie in the head with a pipe. The zombie's head is not shown, but her body shakes as she is hit, and there is visible blood splattering onto Liv. Liv stabs the remainder of Martin's brain with a fork, then tosses it down the garbage disposal in the sink and turns it on. There are some squishy sounds.
