This is the whole show's pick

I don't remember watching anything like this, this is the moment were the whole season breaks into a perfect mix of fight, dialogue, schemes and counter schemes, and everything we saw this far gains even more importance, it's just perfect. The writers did a great job and the actors delivered, I can't think of a single flaw, the pacing was right, it build up the moment, there was action, compelling moments of suspense and managed perfectly to close and opens plots without losing rhythm. This episode managed to make me feel as intense as The Red Wedding in GoT without resorting to plain graphic shocking moments, and that's a lot to say considering that The Red Wedding is probably the first moment I think when someone ask me about the best thing I've ever see on television.

Fantastic!

Warning: Spoilers
While I loved the entire series, this episode I will watch again and again. So many storylines and plot points come together beautifully in this one; the dialogue, music, beach battle, intrigue, and who doesn't love Anne Bonny going over the side with a knife to take her vengeance to the overly-confident English fleet? Everything about this episode is artfully done. Sit back and enjoy!

Game of thrones of the seas

All in this series have been aiming for this brilliant culmination, this spectacular moment;has been satisfactory to follow the rise of Long John Silver, to see the dark side of him, getting deeper to Flint's soul life, to see how vane getting killed to his own cause. Fighting scenes are just amazingly described and directed. Plot is well written. Im thrilled to see what happens to final season. T

This episode will reward the effort of following all the previous ones.

I promise no spoilers. This episode is possibly the perfect culmination of what has been unfolding this far in the story being narrated, even considering one has not read the story narrated in the original book. It is when the narrator achives that moment where the reader or listener or observer get that glimpse of what narration is about. One will just have to stand up and give the proper tribute in appreciation.

Excellent work by all involved, indeed. Avoiding comparisons, this show proves to be no soap opera. Very original, properly devised, narrated and performed. Cheers!

Warning: Spoilers
I wonder why nobody talks about this show. I understand why it wouldn't be adjacent to the normal taste but boy did this finale pay off. All the strings from far far back converge at this point. Normally I'd hate watching a character like Captain Flint bowing out and making way but it isn't the case here. From the scenic metaphors to the blend of battle and dialogue. If good acting wasn't enough the writers have outdone themselves and more with this episode. Incredible doesn't begin to describe the story. Now back to hating the world because up comes the final season. Sigh.

The most flawless episode ever
M7SH24 June 2022
How am I supposed to mention perfections of something flawless? This episode is everything I needed for a long time; tension, drama, war, tactics, direction and more than you could ever wish from an episode.

Pure perfection.

One of the best episodes of the series so far
shweta-516571 January 2019
This has to be one of my favourite episodes of the series so far, and definitely my favourite of the season.

We end the season with seeing just how far Flint and Silver's friendship has come from its initial days of a mere necessity to both parties to survive mutiny from a crew. The running narrative from Flint and Silver that dictates the episode is done with insight into each other and themselves as well as the predicament the men find themselves in.

The use of music in this episode, especially during the climax is done well, especially with the title music thrown in.

Cant wait to see what happens in the Battle for Nassau in the final season!!
