You might call the cast of the upcoming "Devil Town" the indie equivalent of a Woody Allen movie. With an ensemble featuring some of the biggest names in the independent film world including Sophia Takal, Lindsay Burdge, Alex Karpovsky, Lawrence Michael Levine, Brooke Bloom, Alex Ross Perry and Noah Gershman, that should be intriguing enough. But today we have the exclusive teaser trailer for the movie that's to premiere tonight at the Sarasota Film Festival, and it's certainly attention grabbing. Directed by Harvey Mitkas, who used his knowledge of cults to develop the movie, the story kicks off when a young woman’s sister goes missing. She then sets out on a quest through Brooklyn to find her on her own, enlisting the help of a motley crew of New York weirdos. And as you'll see in this teaser, it's going to be quite the journey.
