Anybody who refers to Oliver Cromwell in their video gets my vote.

Todd examines Men WIthout Hats and their one hit, 1983's "Safety Dance". Like "Whip It", besides being a great dance tune with a very non specific dance - there is no such thing as a "Safety Dance" - it likely got well known from having a brilliant music video that was frequently played on the early days of MTV. And as Todd points out - How can they be considered "men without hats" when the jester is clearly wearing one?

Todd goes over the group's origin in Canada and points out that Men Without Hats is only marginally a one hit wonder as they did have a follow up hit that made it to number twenty on the charts - "Pop Goes the World".
