I don't know what to feel about this episode, I am probably giving it more than it should - but as entertaining it was - it goes a bit too much. I disapproved the whole plot about Castle's kidnapping in the first place. I think they could have told this story much better with better plot/ explanation. The whole false memory thing sounds too conspiracy to me, and not at all what this show is about. Maybe if this show went that road, but thats not what Castle is about. I guess theyneeded to add shock value to make it "believable". It does not work for me and I bet not for many hard die Castle fans. Sadly after this is started to get worse, plot wise, forgetting the episodes show was about.

Still waiting for some answers

I liked the episode. First of all, I like that Kate's therapist from the days she was trying to deal with her killing attempt got back, as some interesting moments happened in his office in season 4. And the episode story was not bad either; you got to admit the Chuck Norris part was kinda funny and the idea of "deleted memory" or replaced memories was not that bad, after all, although the episode failed to explain why Castle asked for his memories to be deleted (as we learn in the IInd episode of the series, nor does it explain his fear, from the same IInd episode of season 7 that the real reason why he became a crime writer would be revealed and we still don't know what awful secret from teenage or childhood he is hiding). Also, I think it would have been more to the point if his former mate would have chosen ISIS instead of Al-Qaeda, as Al-Qaeda is already outdated as a subject for action movies. Either way, I liked the episode and I am going to give it a 10

RUMORS OF CANCLLATION? This cannot be true. This is one of remaining go-to shows for me. How can life go on without "Castle?" Woe is me - I certainly hope this does not occur. For me, at least, this show and "NCIS" are just about the only programs I can absolutely count on as entertaining every week. Granted, "Hawaii 5.0" most of the time, is brilliant - but some shows get sluggish and tarnish its glow. The cast of "The Mentalist" called it quits (I predicted that) and that was sad. I lost interest in "Criminal Minds" when Mandy Patinkin left...that really killed me. When "CSI" added "The Cheers" bartender - I gladly subtracted me from the fan list. Oh and "Bones" that was the awesome-est of all show...once. But then crime solving was replaced with weekly touchy-feely social lecture-sessions by the token-of-the-week...forcing my commode to overflow with oral waste. So I now consider "Bones" tanked. Oh yeah - about "Castle" - I really like all episodes - this one was a little off though. Not one of the best but I am giving it a ten just so people who do not know will know that show is 'on-the-bubble' moving towards cancellation. Just an FYI. Me personally, I think there is plenty of life in this puppy - so I want to see this show continue

I am a Castle fan, but i have to say this episode was awful, very poor writing, nonsense dialogs, stupid situations, i mean, a writer saving the world in the jungle Rambo style? Come on, give us a break! A writer with a father that is in the CIA but have nothing to do with Castle disappearance, that promised him to never leave him alone but doesn't show up to help his son. Is just too much. Maybe the writers and producers of the show think we are stupid fans that just care about 'Caskett' and nothing else, or maybe they know there won't be a season 8 so they just wrap it up as they could. And i don't care for the 'Caskett' moments anymore, i feel that Stana Katic no longer brings anything to the show since season 6, enough with that. They are detectives of New York, why don't show interest cases to resolve? Like they do in 'Bones' for instance. Why should Castle have to continue then? Well, in episodes like Castle P.I. we saw the comedy acting power that Nathan Fillion has, make more shows like that one, it was hilarious! Even without Stana, Castle can investigate with Esposito and Ryan just well and send Beckett to the FBI or something, just get rid of her, and let the ones who want to be there, who want to do a good show. And writers please, don't destroy a beautiful show like Castle, get serious!

After Veritas, Castle seemed to have stayed if a main plot but in Better Or Worse was given a plot with a lot of potential, Castle had disappeared before its wedding with Beckett, In Driven Castle had appeared after 8 weeks of disappeared, in Montreal it looked for answers But it was a bit confusing, to pass the episodes there were very good as Resurrection and Reckoning, in Sleeper we were promised to resolve everything about Castle's disappearance, but they gave us a very confusing episode, nothing was solved, stayed in nothing, no resolution Some, thus ending a plot that was already dead, tried to resurrect the plot in the episode The GDS of the Eighth Season, and perhaps if they gave a somewhat decent ending, telling us that Castle made to clear his mind to forget Everything that happened in those 8 weeks, and apart Castle was the first one he discovered about LokSat
