I give it 8 stars only because of the scene when Peter and Quaggie (remember when Lois called him Quaggie) are fighting and Meg screams "Kill him Dad! Murder him!!" It's the only funny thing in this episode. About the reviews of Brian and Lois episode... during the first season, Quagmire was keeping toenails & hair from Lois on the inside of his wardrobe. And then nothing since then...until now.

It's too average for me. Not funny, not interesting, just basic plot about nothing. If you're lack of idead maybe you should skip couple years think about great episode and then comeback with "FIRE".

This episode was pretty average because it reminded me of that old episode where Brian was in love with Lois. Just felt like an awkward repeat and makes me wonder if they're running out of ideas unfortunately. That would suck because I've been a huge fan of the show for years. Even despite Lois's annoying, nasally voice (I get it, she has a big nose and they're making fun of the Midwest, but UGH). THERE were a few moderately entertaining cutaways, but for the most part the episode dragged. Actually, this whole season has felt a little off. I mean, a halfway decent episode still beats the Simpsons any day. Don't get me wrong. But reusing old story lines and just replacing one of the characters just leads to snooze city. This show is too awesome to just keep going down this road.

Plot:

Elle finds out that Chris is a can thrower she is force to take action.

Meanwhile Beth finds out that Meg is not as smart that claims.

Chris makes Peter, Joe, Cleveland, Quagmire, Stewie, Brian, Olivia, Jillian, Connie, Diane and Elle look dumb on purpose, they started a fight with Chris in order for him to pick up the can.

Beth and Neil try to make Meg smart again in order for her to get the surgery.

Peter, Joe, Cleveland, Quagmire, Stewie, Brian, Jillian, Olivia, Diane, Connie and Elle teaches Chris a lesson about littering is wrong. They uses Chris's stupidity against him in order to make him stop throwing beer cans.

Patty, Ruth and Esther finds out Meg has a brain tumor and told Lois about it. Lois suggests they use Meg's stupidity against her and get the surgery.

At the end of the episode Peter, Stewie, Brian, Joe, Cleveland, Olivia, Jillian, Connie, Diane, Elle and Chris ended up at the hospital after finding out they got tumors.
