- This game is based on the same named anime/manga "Shingeki no Kyojin/Attack on Titan", the game is excessively bloody and revolves around taking down the naked beasts "titans"
- There are very much ways of dismemberment actions like cut the fingers, arms or legs off, but all of these actions are against titans and are very poorly decepted as realistic violence as it only appears in unrealistic ways.
- At the start of setting up this game, you will have the option to turn off "blood and gore" making this not appear at all during the game. Also realize after this setting is made it is final and can not be reached through setting but only by resetting progress.
- Played from a third-person perspective, the player will take control of various human characters and engage in battle against the Titans in a variety of locales such as villages, forests and within walled cities.
- The player-character traverses about on horseback or by using maneuver-gear that shoots grappling harpoons to propel through the air and towards Titans or atop buildings and structures. The gear incorporates twin blades that the player-character uses to attack the Titans, along with fire bombs and flares.
- Each level is usually completed when Titans on the map are eliminated and the level boss is defeated.
- Cinematic scenes are unlocked over the course of the game to deliver the story narrative.
- Between levels, the player-character can interact with other characters in a hub area, as well as visit shops to purchase or upgrade weapons, materials and horses.
- The level of violence is strong, and there is frequent depiction of blood splattering and dismemberment.

- 'Shingeki No Kyojin: Attack On Titan' is an action game set in a world where mysterious giants called Titans suddenly appear and start to devour humans.
- The remnants of humanity take refuge behind massive walls which keep out the Titans for many years, but an enormous Titan appears one day and breaks through the outer wall. Titans invade the outer city to slaughter and devour the humans living within. The main protagonists are members of the military corps who have to fight off the Titan invasion.
- Due to the game's depiction of violence and gore, it is recommended for players aged 18 and above.
