Best Episode So Far

Warning: Spoilers
Most intelligent and powerful episode of the series by far. The characters are gaining definition and depth. The scene of unbridled rage was compelling, to say the least. All motion in this house stopped during this scene, with a silence following, broken only by a whispered "Wow!"

It was nice seeing Ms Benoist's character standing up for herself with Ms Flockhart's character. As each character grows in definition, they're starting to show quirks and personality flaws that one would see in their own acquaintances. Unfortunately, I thought Mr. Morshower's character made too quick a turnaround from overbearing to deferential with Mr. Harewood's character, but that might just be me.

If the writing, production and character development continue in this vein, I believe this will become a well-above-average series with a long shelf-life. Well done!

One Of The Better Episodes
slightlymad2220 January 2017
Plot In A Paragraph: Kara/Supergirl (Mellisa Benoist) struggles with her temper in both of her lives.

This is one of the better episodes, as it is clearly leading to a bigger picture, rather than Supergirl just battling a villain of the week.

Once again Calist Flockhart Steals The Show as Cat Grant, but Benoist ups her game, and givers her best performance of the series.

We've known for some time that all is not as it seems with Hank, and we get a further insight in to this, in this episode. We also get a cliffhanger reveal about Supergirl too!

All in all one of the better episodes. Hopefully a sign of things to come!!

Warning: Spoilers
*SPOILER* That rage,vein-bulging,slowmo,laser shooting, get rekt robothing scene was just perfect. And yes i have crush on her. Cant wait to see next episode... Because this one had so many cliffhangers. But seriously this episode had it all... Kara realizes that her hurt feelings over James and Lucy's romance are tied to a larger anger she's refusing to accept. And than her not so evil boss Cat open her eyes and she realizes that she needs to blow off some steam(poor Red Tornado). The less said about General Lane the better, but the eye rolling moments of ignorance, blah blah, and predictable 'military man' show the role was perfectly cast. Writers also did great job, there were less The Flash and Arrow type of jokes and moments, and more Supergirl becoming something good moments. Maybe this show have a chance to become better than other 2. Maybe not as dark as Gotham but please don't make it lame as Flash/Arrow. Poor Winn i feel u man friendzone sucks!

Middle of the road episode, but not bad either Warning: Spoilers
A decent episode but with some low spots.

For a super hero with super powers she sure gets pushed around and beat up a lot!

So the general orders supergirl to fight tornado, and when she beats it and breaks off an arm the general gets p*ssed and declares it's all supergirl's fault. Typical government employee, pass the buck. I saw a lot of that when I was in the army.

The Flockheart character (or Flockheart herself) has to go, she can really grate the nerves. Then again, I suppose every show has at least one character you love to hate, and she's it.

Best Episode so far

Warning: Spoilers
You have the typical CW format with episodes. You have a problem in the beginning of the episode and you solve that problem by the end. This one focused on Kara's anger towards people and her future. I love how Kara and Cat are developing a deeper bond every episode and is one of my favorite parts of the show. The whole Jimmy and Lucy love cycle going is completely confusing, I mean yeah, the chemistry is there, but nothing makes me connected with this relationship. The whole Maxwell situation intrigues me and I'm looking forward to it. All around Every episode is getting slightly better, but I don't know where they plan on going with this.
