Justine is interviewed by a journalist that asks tricky questions about prisoners that are forced to clear the infected areas upsetting her. She asks Frank why the prisoners are forced to clear out infected areas and he explains that they need people. Eph removes the bullets out of Quinlan´s body. When Eph tells to Setrakian and Fet that he stole the Occido Lumen, Fet punches his face and Setrakian asks him to leave his house. Dutch knocks at Eph´s door completely wasted, goes to the bathroom and faints. Kelly keeps the protection of her son Zach. Gus, Angel and three other prisoners are forced to clear out a tunnel and are attacked by vampires. Meanwhile Thomas Eichhorst puts bombs in the stomachs of two vampires and sends them to the command center to contaminate the humans. When the explosive is detonated, many people is infected including Justine, and Fet kills the worm inside her. Frank summons Eph to help them with the infected people. Will Justine be saved?
