- This game is extremely difficult and based around survival. This game can get really intense.
- Some of the enemies may scare younger players.
- During the game, the player will often find themselves running away/fighting from different animals. This fast-paced gameplay can be intense and scary at times.

Violence & Gore
- Rockwell's innards is a very scary place in genesis part 2 because almost the entire area is made out of Rockwell's flesh. You can see tons of eyes throughout the entire area. At the end of the area is you can find Rockwell's giant heart. no other organs can be found within Rockwell's innards.
Profanity
- The word "f*ck" is used in an acronym in one of the explorer's notes (Helena Note #28)
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking
- Element is treated like a drug of sorts, creatures like Ferox can get addicted to it and rage/go on a rampage once overdosed on Element. It is heavily implied that Rockwell started injecting element into himself and slowly went insane.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- When it turns night some dinosaurs can appear out of nowhere may be frightening to some people
- Many of the creatures have intentionally abnormal/unnatural features, and it is implied that all the creatures are not replicas of real natural animals. As a result, many creatures may be frightening, especially for younger viewers.
