Two heartbroken strangers foster healing through a dialogue by sharing their testimonies of unfortunate circumstances occurring in their lives. Bob and Olga connect through emotional understanding and discuss their lack of confidence in dealing with recent traumatic events. The film illustrates how humans are meant to communicate, connect, reflect on life, and their emotional response to trauma. It is important that we return to the inherent focus on face-to-face connections and unplug from the cold social platform of social media. Therefore, humans lack that the genuine connection of Bob and Olga.
