The previously announced anime adaptation of Honobu Yonezawa's "Shoshimin" series of novels, which uses the English title "How to Become Ordinary", today announced the casting of Makoto Furukawa (Taiju in Dr. Stone ) as Kengo Dojima — a reliable fellow member of the newspaper club who was protagonist Kobato's classmate in elementary school. He joins Shuichiro Umeda (Akira in Zom 100: Bucket List of the Dead ) as Jogoro Kobato and Hina Yomiya (Anna in The Dangers in My Heart ) as Yuki Osanai.
