David A R White is the least Christian person to call himself a Christian. I'm eternally disturbed as to why people think he's a Christian, a good person and even more disturbed people call him an actor.

There's no clever writing, no sweet moments and nothing to recommend this bland, mockery of media to anyone

Especially Christians

Why do people call themselves Christian, yet they do not do Christian things/do non-Christian things?

The president isn't known for his faith. He connects with Evangelicals by voicing the legal, social, religious and cultural grievances of the Christian right.

David AR White does the same. Art is not pandering, dude. Art is not making carbon copies of better shows. This one is awful. Rob Schneider. Really? Lol. This lame knock off more popular shows such as Modern Family, Schitt's Creek, and Man of the House. Let's check out the hokey acting, painful storylines, and outdated gender roles that we've come to expect from this Evangelical Christian streaming service. He should make a movie about why divorce is okay for Christians. Oh wait.... it isn't. Which is weird, since he professes to be a Christian.

Let me introduce what David AR White is. It's not Christian. It's called "Pharisaic." Someone who exaggerates how morally upright or pious she is can be called pharisaic. Another way to say it is "holier-than-thou." Pharisaic people tend to talk a lot about how devout and religious they are, but their actions don't quite measure up to their words. The word pharisaic has its roots in the Greek Pharisaios, which in turn comes from an Aramaic word, perishayya, or "separate." In the history of Judaism, the Pharisees were an important school of religious thought.

Well thought out and funny story lines. I really hope they create a Season 2.

Clean family comedy series. I could watch all day.

Warning: Spoilers
I can finally watch a comedy with my child and not have to change the language, skip parts or not watch it at all. Lol. I gave up on many t.v shows for obvious reasons as a parent. Hitting the breaks is now my favorite. My child loves it. I love this series I can't wait to see more. I'm loving pureflix. Please keep up the work. I'm a fan of David White family and this series made me a bigger fan. Thanks God bless.

Ugh. So bad. I would never recommend any of the stuff I've seen on pureflix to a friend - not even to a Christian friend. There is no honest, authentic depth of story or character. The narrative and production quality comes off as naive, inexperienced, and immature. I tried to like it, I want to Christian film making to be successful, but they just don't seem to get that preaching to the choir with flat, false earnestness will never reach a real audience beyond the frustrated Christians willing to swallow any clean entertainment put out - even if its bad.
