Okay, so I don't write reviews very often. I actually created an account just to give this little gem some recognition. I was in LA awhile ago and was lucky enough to be with my business partner's wife, who was running a film festival. Therefore I was given the chance to see this film, and out of all the films shown that night, this one really grabbed me. It had comedy and a message throughout. The comedy played very dark and I loved that about it. I hope to see more from this Jordan Stewart kid, because if anything the kid has a future in writing. Somebody get this on NETFLIX!! I want my kids to see it!! Story -10/10 Acting - 7/10 (The Great Feckin' Tree actually gets a 10/10<--his vocal performance really pushed the films overall comedic a vibe.) Direction - 9/10
Overall 9.0/10 For a short film about a lumberjack...lol...that's pretty amazing. Hopefully this will get a feature film or at least a spin off children's book series!!
