Don't know how the owner came up with the name "Unique", since there is nothing unique about the cars they pimp. Instead of fabricating stuff from scratch they just order the parts and bolt them on. Even the seat covers are something even I could buy. At the end of the day the cars turn out nice, but saying they are unique is a huge overstatement.

Some of these "Unique Rides" I could create in my driveway in a couple of days by just ordering a bunch of after market parts, yet it is a drama to create them in a week. Really? I am sure these guys are talented! Choose you projects/episodes more carefully.

Not very interesting. Nothing really "unique" about any of the work. Not like Overhaulin' or any other shows. They are always under a horrible deadline. If that's the case they don't know how to plan work. Silly show. Put some wheels on the car, tint it out, stereo and upholstery and whoa... unique. Not. This show is so scripted it's amazing it calls itself reality. Pretty phony. Anyone can buy plastic panels and stick them on a car. I don't think I can continue to watch this show. I'll probably stick to Bitchin' Rides or Fast n Loud, they make things with looking at. I almost wonder if they don't do all they celeb cars for free. The best guy on the show is the upholsterer.

Just saw one episode of Unique rides, where a G-wagon got wrapped in vinyl and a ATV got some paint and lamps. Nothing interesting and nowhere close to Chip Foose, Kindigit or even Fast and Loud. But, my biggest issue with this show is that is so stressful. I counted how many times they switched picture during 5 minutes, over 200 times!! And, on top of all, they also zoom in and out, shaking the cameras, I got motion sick by watching the show. I simply can't understand the producers who destroy shows by this. So, if you want to view something just before you planning to got to bed, do not view Unique rides, your brains will be on fire and your eyeballs will not stop rolling in your head...

Why does this show exist? Will Castro is so lazy, hands off all the work to his crew, and then always does work that the car owners never ask for!! He takes classy-looking cars, vinyl wraps them without the owners permission, and has poor designs. This show is a complete waste of time, and needs to come off the air. When the cars are revealed, the owners seem to be polite, rather than show the disgust they probably really feel. Any by the way, his personal cars, which he makes sure are seen by the audience as a status symbol, have not been altered like the crap designs he dishes out to his customers. That goes to show you how much he truly believes in his designs! Piss poor show!!

This show and Shop is a joke especially will Castro egotistical Maniac that his shop does nothing with bolt-on parts upholsterer is good but the rest of the stuff is just bolting on Parts no customization whatsoever or at least what I call being custom if you want to call bolting on Flare for Fender it is already pre-made custom then I guess that's your thing.Discovery Channel ditch the show and put something Worthy on. Wow big head and bigger ego than will. Look out will bolts on new wheels. Wow car gets a wrap. Whoo custom speaker box.oh my God he bolts on some new fender flares or new front bumper or rear bumper look out world it's all changing because will Castro is the best what a joke! Needs a paint job not capable in his shop has to sub it out.with all the unbelievable car custom guys there are out there I have no idea why you have this man on your show it is an absolute disgrace everything that he does in his shop I can do in my garage at my house.please discontinue the show it is embarrassing to not only me as an amateur builder but too true fabricators that can actually do custom work to cars. This man his shop is a total disgrace to the custom car industry.

Apparently the only thing it takes to open a car "customizing" shop is A: a garage, B: a high school level production crew, C: an AutoZone credit card, D: employees with enough brain cells to know how to install the items purchased with the AutoZone credit card, and E: a holier than thou attitude like you've just cured cancer, by having someone else bolt on parts bought from AutoZone.

After years of so-called reality TV shows (amish mafia, here comes honey boo boo, etc) Unique whips has brought the reality TV back on life, Will castro is better than he was in unique whips, way better, as he and his crew do the finest work with great cars, especially the old school jeep and others, very stylish looks, beautiful setting and stylish camera work make this show a blast, i'm glad that will castro came back into the scene and the car business after the interest in car design and car building got replaced by car repossessing and towing (as much as I love lizard lick towing, south beach tow and operation repo), I think it's time for grown ups to take center stage, this is a great revival of the 2005-2008 hit unique whips and one of the years best shows.
I give it an A-

Sorry but this show just does not seem like a very good idea. Letting a bunch of guys from the hood have a go at customizing a car with shall we say a "particular urban approach" I just can't stand watching them destroy anymore automobiles like they did the Aston Martin with the green wrap job. I will admit they are very good at what they do but it's what they do that I'm so against. Class and style do not alway come with having lots of money. A very nice automobile is like a beautiful woman she must be careful not to wear too much loud tacky makeup. The camera crew needs to slow down. Way too much jumping around and anxiety while shooting the show.

I don't care for this show. I've given it a try but I just can't deal with Wil Castro, How many time do I have to hear "bad boy" in one show. HIs personality is not for me....too gangsta
What also bugs is that Will doesn't lift a finger, just barks commands and makes silly promises, C'mon man, some stuff can't be done in a week
I'll stick with kindigit, wheeler dealers, iron resurrection, junkyard empire, garage squad and my new favorite texas metal.

You can (God forbid) go to a local Midas & have them put new rims & Tires on. If "murdering out" emblems is "custom" then I am a custom car specialist with a rattle can of plastidip! I don't think he knows the first thing about any performance upgrades. Of course the radio & sub woofers are brilliant..... in 1985.
I imagine he's "raping" these idiot stars with a 6 figure bill.
You will get dizzy by the extremely poor camera jumping around, please stop filming while having a seizure.

He's a no talent guy, unfortunately he's become really rich doing absolutely nothing?!!! Barks orders loves the camera time and loses a lot of employees! Show us what you can do? If you have talent prove it! Don't just bark orders! Another ganster that got rich! Shady clients anyways just like him! No different than West Coast Customs! Another ganster that got rich doing nothing!
