This is a truly remarkable and inspiring documentary focusing on a number of seniors, ranging in ages from 60 into their 90's, who are dedicated to fitness, longevity, and competition in their age groups (at times even internationally).
We get to learn what motivates them and prevents them from letting the ups and downs of life, and of aging, from stopping them in their quest to achieve their individual goals and improve themselves. We see the seniors participating in such competitions as weight-lifting, race-walking, track and field, swimming, tennis, golf (including the great golfer Gary Player), boxing, and ballroom dancing.
Overall, I found this film, directed by Eric Goldfarb and Erik Howell, to be well paced, and I certainly found some personal inspiration in it.
