The heel height of Sarah's boots becomes much shorter as she walks across the narrow board connecting the two disconnected portions of the bridge, while she's saving her son.
When Sawyer pulls the shard out of his shoulder his shirt is on but in the next shot it is only half on.
After re-entering the building, Sawyer quickly pulls out a piece of shrapnel from his chest. Moments later, it's still there, and he extracts it again, this time much more slowly and painfully.
When Will has taken the police motorcycle, he begins to head towards a yellow car, and in a first shot he passes the car at great speed, but in the shot directly afterward, he appears re-positioned back to when he first started to pass the car, and the speed he's going is much lower.
On the police's arrival at the off-site security facility, approximately 10 combatants open fire on the police cars, however, when all the police get out of the cars and the camera angle changes none of the cars have received damage and bodies of shot officers have disappeared.
If the CO2 was able to work, the system would have killed all persons within building due to the lack of oxygen. Asphyxiation would have occurred.
When he tells his wife that the elevator brake is magnetic. When she engages the brake, it works with plain friction (and not magnet) producing the sparks.
When the Hong Kong police are viewing Will and Sarah Sawyer's profiles on the computer, Sarah's profile lists her as a "combat surgeon" with the US Navy and she is wearing a US Navy uniform in her profile photo. An overlay screen shows a citation for appears to be a "Medic Achievement award, gold star in lieu of second award to Corporal Sarah Sawyer, US Navy."
There is no such thing as the "Medic Achievement" award in the Navy and Corporal is not a US Navy rank.

He climbs the crane 30?? floors and yet he is not tired.
@1:53:18 He looks straight down. You can see cars driving on the street right next to the building on fire. With the building on fire for a while, you would expect the fire dept to block off streets with several blocks radius around the burning building. This reinforced by the things that have fallen from the building already.
Around 11 minutes in, Ben talks about titanium (he even says "solid titanium"), calling it an alloy. Titanium is an element, not an alloy.
Completely pure titanium is not that useful, it is almost always used as an alloy, making the description correct.

The technicians at the offsite facility are killed by eager henchmen using machine guns. Yet, the majority of the computer equipment is not damaged/destroyed. However the men were firing downward at short range (1 to 4 meters (3-13 feet)), from an elevated position, so unless they were completely inept they'd have no trouble hitting the technicians while missing most of the monitors. Also, the only 'Computer equipment' visible are the monitors, keyboards and phones (there's not even a mouse visible). Probably because the workstations were mounted UNDER the desks (there's certainly none visible ON the desks), and they'd only be dumb terminals anyway, only used to access the mainframe system in the other room.
@1:10 He cuts the wire and the turbine accelerates and speeds out of control. It is a wind turbine that spins from the wind. It is not an electric motor. However, having the generator engaged provides drag on a wind turbine's blade: disengaging it could allow it to spin faster. It could also have an electromagnetic speed governor (brake) which is now disengaged.
At the beginning of the film the building description stipulates that the accommodation is above the garden levels (floors 100 - 130). Meaning accommodation starts on floor 131. However Sawyer's family accommodation is on level 98. This falls 33 floors below where it should. However at the time the 'Accommodation levels' weren't cleared for use yet (or possibly even finished, considering some of the areas Will was in [just after entering the building] were still under construction) and had 'No Access' beside their description, so it's entirely possible that the family were using executive accommodations on the upper levels of the retail area, rather than an apartment in the restricted zone. After all, who needs 70 floors of retail shops? (or 60 floors of Restaurants for that matter)
When the events are showing on the news the temperature is shown as 26°C (79°F), yet the crowd on the ground are all in winter coats.
Sawyer couldn't see his family run away on his phone, as Sarahs phone lies on the ground clearly pointed at the ceiling.
The main fire was started a few floors above the indoor park. There is no way that another fire would suddenly burst out of the park floor since there was no existing fire below the park.
@1:42:18 He tells her "tell me what you see" Thing is she is walking up to the console and on her phone, you can see she switches from back camera(looking at her) to front camera where the camera is already looking at the console.
Around 00:33:06, Will is talking to his wife by phone but on this shot from behind, his jaw isn't moving, we clearly see he's not talking.
When Sawyer has a standoff with Hong Kong police, two grade-separated (elevated) train lines are plainly visible in the background. Since the demolition of the Kowloon Station in 1978, Hong Kong has no above-ground rail in or anywhere near the Kowloon area where the fictional Pearl Tower is situated, and no elevated rail at all. The city's MTR rail system is almost entirely underground, and its only above-ground portions -- an Airport Express train and a dedicated line to Hong Kong Disneyland -- are at grade (ground-level) and on the outskirts of the city (whereas Kowloon is near its center).
At the time from when Will escaped via Ray's house window to when he escaped from the police on motorcycle to get to the building, none of the building, signage and streets resemble that of Kowloon. The roads appears to be too sparsely populated to resemble the vastly populated city near the skyscraper.
The original plan for acquiring the tablet was for it to be stolen from Will's bag at the boat dock. However, the tablet is bio-metrically locked to Will's face and so if the tablet was stolen from the bag as planned, then there would be no way to unlock it without Will and no way to disable the fire systems.
When Will steals the Police motorcycle, you can hear it changing gears as he speeds off. His left leg, from the knee down, is a prosthetic so his foot (which is locked into it's primary position) cannot make the required movements to change gears on a motorcycle.
(Around 66 minutes) When Sarah identifies Botha she says "Top row, second from the right" but a few shots later we can see each row on the screen has 5 images & Botha was the third one.
On the screen showing the routing of the wire transfers, the island of Mauritius is misspelled: "Marvritius".
