Winners of the 70th Directors Guild of America Awards were announced Saturday, February 3 beginning at 7:30 p.m. Pt in a non-televised ceremony hosted by Judd Apatow. Prizes were handed out for both film and television by A-list presenters and former DGA winners at the Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, California. “American Ninja Warrior” led NBC to a win Monday night, besting ABC and “The Bachelorette” as well as Fox and “So You Think You Can Dance.” NBC’s agility competition averaged a 1.5 rating in the advertiser-coveted 18-49 demo and 6 million total viewers in its airing from 8-10 p.m. NBC tied with ABC for first in ratings with a 1.3, but was first in total viewers with 5.3 million viewers.
