Warning: Spoilers
Omar is the perfect villain and I am kind of upset this is the end of him. It was a little ridiculous how he quickly healed and was able to nearly get to Giorgio here, but his "Oh bleep" moment was the perfect sendoff.

A solid episode tonight. The show still isn't presenting the new red rust as deadly as they should be, and that's leading to some fans not buying into the show as much as they did when it was the plague wiping people out.

Stereotype

Warning: Spoilers
After the War at Iraq, Declared by President Clinton 1998, that resulted in the 9/11 2001 Attacks, and the War At Afghanistan, and since President Obama got the U.S Kicked Out of Iraq 2011 the Millions of Holy Warriors of Islam being Trained, Armed and Funded By Iran's Qods ("Quds") at the Shia Muslim Kurdistanis Autonomous Region, Omar's Forces attacking the House would not go running around firing blindly, running into the open without cover to get shot and killed, what they would do, do now, is surround the target, and from "cover" wait for anybody to stick their heads or parts of body out for them to shoot. Muslims with SVD Sniper Rifles would use the telescopes to search each window for targets from a distance (out of range of M4s, 250 Meters, and M16s 350 meters).

Routinely, used is the RPG-7, in all cases. Range 800 meters as out of range of M4s and M16s.

Routine use of High Explosive Suicide Vests, as used by those that would have entered the House to Search, usually also designed to detonate if shot. "Dead man's Switch" usually held in left hand with AK-47 held in right AK-47 ready to fire.

Because they are not as Stereotyped Muslim Holy Warriors of Islam with the Support of U.S. President Obama have Overthrown U.S. Ally President Mubarak, Muslim Brotherhood Egypt, "Islamic Democracy Movement Egypt" aka Islamic State Egypt and Islamic State Sinai. Overthrow of U.S. Ally President Gaddaffi of Libya, Non Libyan President Obama's "Libyan Rebels" of Al Quada's Ansar Al Shariah, Islamic Democracy Movement Libya aka Islamic State Libya. Resign or be Overthrown by U.S. U.S. Ally President Saleh of Yemen, Al Quada Yemen, Islamic Democracy Movement Yemen aka Islamic State Yemen. Attempted President Obama Overthrow of U.S. Ally President Zardari of Pakistan, Al Quada Pakistan, Islamic Democracy Movement Pakistan aka Islamic State Pakistan. President Obama Overthrow of U.S. Ally President Zine El Abidine Ben Ali of Tunisia, Al Quada's Ansar Al Shariah, Islamic Democracy Movement Tunisia aka Islamic State Tunisia. Attempted President Obama Overthrow of U.S. Ally President Assad of Syria, Millions of Non Syrian Citizen Kurdistanis as President Obama's Fully Supported Not Syrian Citizen "Syrian Rebels", and the Millions of Not Iraqis Citizens Kurdistanis living at Iraq.

Nope Omar and his force would not have behaved that way. RPG-7 after RPG-7 would have been fired to force anybody out of the House, then those surrounding the House armed with AK-47 would kill anybody attempting to get away, the Muslims with the SVD Sniper Rifles would have shot anybody that even was visible.

Jumping sharks
tenshi_ippikiookami25 October 2017
Episode 7 of season 4 of "The Last Ship" may be a feast, but it has little fun and less food to munch on than necessary for a show to be entertaining. On top of that, we get to know Dr. Vellek's plans for humanity, and, of course, they are so over-the-top and been-there- done-that that the writers should be sent to sleep without dinner.

The Nathan James crew goes in search of Giorgio, thinking that he and his secret room may help Chandler & co. to find where Dr. Vellek's secret laboratory is. In the respite moments between bullets flying and the techno party, we get Peter Weller munching through his silly dialogue and creating another one of those I-am-god characters that seem to be so popular.

The Nathan James's mission is... well, OK. Bullets fly, Giorgio is fun to be with, things happen and extras fall all around with glee and energy. But it falls back into the bang-bang with no purpose. Worse is Vellek's exposition of his crazy plan, one of those moments so ridiculous that you expect the actor to look at the camera and wink.

I don't know if the Nathan James can jump sharks. But it is trying to.
