A stunning Note of Musical Beauty Enters into Being
DuskShadow19 January 2020
Here we have a further investigaitons regarding not only the gridly muders happening in town, but further insight into the past, and present situations of characters most engrossing. Much a do about nothing, the average citizenry would seem to go about their ever mundane day to day lives, whilst grievous intent and revolution, and change is on the rise in every quarter. And the most stirring thing of all, is a mere song, of a mothers love to her son that moved my spirit. And lead to a revolution that stirred me to grief. The feels were real. Well done.

We see just how deep the bigotry in this world goes, we see much more of the cool magic and lore that is possible in this world, and a huge secret is revealed in an amazingly emotional scene. My favorite episode so far.

Hauntingly beautiful

This episode was perfect. It helped build more of the world in which carnival row takes place and then explored more of the characters backstories and traits. The soundtrack was beautiful

Faith Goes And Comes As Long As The Seasons Are Changing

Okay so this one starts off with the puppet show guy. He's got his puppet show now performing for the audience the size of the whole town. Now 2 ep.s ago he had 1 person watching. ONE PERSON. So how did he build this audience I wonder???? Hmmmm???

This Ian Hanmore who plays Master Thorne, his voice sometimes sounds exactly like John Hurt. A great actor sorely missed.

So permits. Politics.

Oh dear what were they harvesting from that baby??? +1 Star for weird... Did they cut off its wings? Terrible.

Legolas continues the search to find the murderer of the older Fae Singer.

Oh nice what is this critter that shows up killing folk? That the critter that Legolas made with his seed with the witch woman???

Okay and a nice little song at the end as we see Jared Harris mourning his missing son. I love the guy he was great in the Expanse.

Anyways, season plods on. 6/10.

There was nothing except the clamoring and murmuring!

I think I am the first one to review this episode. In this episode the plot really does little progression and there is hardly any character development for the viewer to get interested. I almost slept while watching this episode, I don't understand how the mass production binged this TV series - this is not Stranger Things! Apart from the songs, there is nothing to write about. All we see is flashbacks, though it will be easy for the audience to guess without revealing much.

Cara Delevigne is surprising sweet and beautiful. She has improved her acting skills a lot. I'll try watching the rest of the episodes in hopes that the script keeps my interest.

Needs more

Much the same template as before. Excruciating performances from most of the characters, excluding Orlando Bloom who is just wooden. Dull plotting and a constant focus on style over substance. Needs more!
