By far the slowest episode yet, with some action at the beginning and end, and pure molasses through the middle. The storyline goes off on too many tangents, stick to the more exciting bits and they'd have a great show. Great costumes and fair acting.

It seems that the series is met with disfavor as it is not a series remake of Brad Pitt's Troy. Yet, the high attention to detail, the depth of characters, and pace of the material seems to me to be a more true rendition of the Illiad.

It is the first time when I was animated by the though about influence of Game of Trones. Not for action scenes, not for slow development of story, but for something reflected by atmosphere. Sure, the intimate scene near sea between Achilles, Patrocles and Cilician woman, fight between Menelaos and Paris are good points . But, maybe, not enough. An episode looking to give direction to story but too obvious . The details are the supports of episode .
