Originally two different movie ideas rolled into one. One idea was about two runaway serial killers who would kill celebrities as a game to see who could get more notoriety and they'd meet some oddball side characters along their spree. The other idea was about a scrawny freshman in high school getting twisted into a sketchy drug trade and seeking help from a dashing but troubled senior.
