A bag full of childhood memories with an incredible aesthetic that I haven't found in years.

I played this game in 2007, on an old PC that barely functioned at by grandparent's house. I had a blast with it and I can really remember how scared I got by the masked figure that appeared once in a while when you clicked a wrong thing.

14 years later and here I am, found the game, installed it, ran it in Windows XP compatibilility mode and there I was, a small time travel to my childhood memories. I really can't belive how excited I am to play it to this day and how much I like it.

Playing a lot of games through these 14 years of not touching this Scooby-Doo game made me realise how simple a game can be to stick with you. After playing it again today, I feel like most of the games I played don't even compare with the emotional weight this carries for me and aren't half as rememberable.

The simplicity and the art style - I am astonished that they even had thought in 2000 to give this game such and aesthetic. The orange and brown of the town; the black to purple and then fading to the orangeness of the town that the sky carries, with those simple stars that give a sense that the night is coming; the classic art style of the characters and those little janky animations, make it all fell so good and so "Scooby-Doo".

I just love it. This is my love letter to the game makers, I just wanna thank you.
