...and, unfortunately, kind of boring.
Somehow Lynch managed to make a work of both absurdist comedy and surrealist horror in just three minutes and it wasn't all too interesting for a majority of its running time. Of course, it was still at least partially interesting and the visual it feeds the viewer is really unique and hard to describe accurately with adjectives. The whole short has this bizarre feeling that's so uncomfortable and unsettling I'm quite impressed (which is why this otherwise overly slow short mustered up a 6/10 from me); of course, what else could I expect from Lynch, even at his most minor and, frankly, amateurish?
