Oh it's good, amazing in some ways, but...

I wanted to love this movie, and it does deliver in very many ways, story, acting, sets, photography, BUT that makes it all the sadder that the plodding pace and unnecessary obfuscation do their best to destroy the experience of watching it. It could have been a half hour shorter and there could have been many things that could have been presented in a way that made sense.
