Three Miami, Florida party boys in their 20s, Efraim Diveroli, David Packouz and Ralph Merrill, self-described "stoners", become arms dealers and bid on government contracts worth millions of dollars to supposedly fight the war on terror. They even procure a huge $300 million contract from the Pentagon to arm the Afghan Army. Their story inspired the 2016 film "War Dogs" which was loosely based on the real crimes.
