- A man is violently thrown onto a table and punched repeatedly. Another man is thrown to the ground and kicked several times (shown later with bloody injuries). Criminals are shot with arrows and thrown around with their grapple variants. A book is used to strike a man's throat and head. An inmate is brutally beaten with a weight (multiple-strikes with minimal blood).
- An extended shower fight scene is particularly brutal. A man's back and leg is sliced with a knife (blood is seen). Several inmate's are severely beaten (thrown and kicked into walls, neck breaking, tossing and stabbing).
- A woman beats a man repeatedly with a fire poker (bloodless, but intense). The same woman is tossed into a table later, breaking it.
- In a quick, but intense dream sequence, a woman is shot in the chest (brief with mild blood) and subsequently in the head (off-screen).
