Sex & Nudity

  • A grown women asks a 15-year-old boy if he'd like her to "reward him for his hard work", though he declines
  • There is a comedic scene where a female character looks down at her ripped clothes
  • There is one scene that takes place in a hot spring. Only the neck and above is shown mostly.
  • There is a character in the story who is obsessed with his little sister. This theme is repeated several times and he even gets upset when his sister likes someone else besides him.
  • A male character trips and lands face first in a woman's cleavage. The scene is brief, and neither of them seem to even acknowledge what happened.
  • Some characters wear tight revealing outfits.
  • One of the Black Bulls is often called a virgin street punk.
  • A grown man always has all of his clothes removed by coincidental circumstances. He's never really bothered by this and doesn't seem to notice or care a lot. On one occasion when he's already naked, he walks up to a girl without her seeing him at first, and she thinks she was going to get assaulted so she beats him up. It's played for laughs.
  • A female character falls and her breasts land on a male character's face. She's briefly embarrassed by this, and he shows no reaction. They move on quickly.
  • A group of magic knights in a hot spring try to climb up a wall to spy on a the ladies and their full backside is shown but frontal nudity is hidden and they obviously fail
  • In a non-canon ending clip, two of the younger female characters are pictured in a newspaper wearing lingerie from the midriff up. They are embarrassed by this and male characters are aroused.
  • A character is forced to do the laundry and gets embarrassed when he has to wash underwear. Played for comedic effect.
  • The series has no sexual references. It is pretty clean though some male characters are shown topless.

  • There's a scene in episodes 54 and 55 where a Noelle and Finral enter a man's home and he is seen completely naked, steam covering his fron private area, having just gotten out of a bath. You see almost everything.
  • The show has a lot of mild innuendo, sexual references and some partial nudity, meant for laughs.

Violence & Gore

  • A boy is stabbed by a mage who uses chains as a weapon. We only see his shadow being pierced by the chains. He then falls to the ground, against a wall, with blood in his mouth.
  • In a magic duel, a boy uses a large sword to cut through his opponent's magic shield. His sword, however, does not cut his opponent. It only knocks him out. No blood.
  • A character's head is bitten (not off) by a dog like creature. However right after he's seen running away. His head is completely intact. This is played for laughs.
  • The whole show is violent but not as much as Attack On Titan. Think more along the Lines of One Piece or My Hero Academia
  • Male characters noses bleed win they get aroused by females characters
  • A characters has holes in his flesh but it's blurred and characters are often stabbed and cut.
  • A character gets burned up and has this horror scream when a fireball that wasn't meant for him gets reflected his way. Three different groups are fighting.
  • A characters head gets cut off by a main character in an episode however its silhouetted ( meaning you can't see any blood ) and its quite brief.

  • A woman's vocal cord was broken by a very fast a strong attack on her neck. Blood was shown
  • There's some fantasy violence (blood, fighting, use of weapons, and dead bodies). Expect lots of action and fighting. Characters get slashed, stabbed, and injured, and they can die in fights. Characters use weapons and magic to battle each other and sometimes fight to the death. Characters get slashed and stabbed with various medieval weaponry and attacked with magic spells. Some blood is shown but never any detailed gore.
  • The show has mild and moderate violence, characters used various of magic powers to fight. Occasional appearance of blood.
  • As the series progresses, the violence and the fights become more intense. There is more blood and even some morbid elements due to the villains becoming more dangerous.

Profanity

  • Crap, hell, ass, damn, bastard, shit, dumbass, etc
  • Bitch is used a couple of times
  • In both the sub and the dub, coarse language goes less to more.
  • In the English dub, frequent mild language such as "hell" and "damn".

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • Smoking/drinking are sometimes shown.
  • A women is often drunk and is called a "bottomless booze pit."
  • In episode 69, two characters compete in a drinking contest with beer. A few seconds in, both characters become intoxicated, though this is played mainly for laughs.
  • One character is often seen drinking or intoxicated, although there is no violence due to this.
  • One character Yami Sukehiro has a smoking habit.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • To sum it up there is Traumatic scenes which involves blood and kids and it neglect from parents and parent death
  • Siblings have to kill one another to be free, the girl tries to strike first but her brother hits her with his diamond magic and they didn't want to kill one another but they had to, to be free and their's other children on the floor dead with blood
  • People who grow usually self destruct and it's very powerful
  • A character's bone of his 2 hands were crushed by a monster. Although, no blood was shown, his howl is enough to make some viewers feel very sad.
  • A singer's vocal cord was broken by an attack and some viewers may find it sad that the singer can't sing anymore
  • Asta's demon form may scar younger viewers
  • Many characters backstories include domestic abuse, violence, or trauma.
  • The first season is pretty tame in TV-PG, but in later of the series, it can get very dark and violent with intense violence in TV-14.

Sex & Nudity

  • The main character is determined to marry a nun and repeatedly asks her to marry him and refers to her in a romantic way (nothing sexual) throughout the series.
  • There is an episode where the characters go to the beach. Noelle is shown naked in a changing room, though everything from the shoulders down is strategically covered. A young man has a nosebleed from seeing her. Later, Magna is shown wearing only a loincloth instead of a swimsuit. Luck playfully lights it on fire to make Magna run, and it eventually burns off, although no private parts are shown.
  • A female character's upper half is destroyed by an attack, and she regenerates unclothed with only fire covering her nipples, leaving a lot of exposed cleavage. For the rest of the arc, she is seen with either the fire or holding a censoring arm over them.
  • Some sexual references that are played for laughs. Characters spray blood from their noses when they get aroused (Added the Violence and Gore Category). In a few scenes, women in bikinis get embarrassed while being watched. One character constantly asks a woman to marry him despite being rejected every time. Some partial nudity as characters will sometimes wear revealing outfits that show a lot of cleavage

Violence & Gore

  • Half of the golden dawn is slaughtered. Blood and bodies are shown
  • Blood is often seen. From episodes 130 and onwards, the violence can worsen slightly. One such instance of this is when half of the Golden Dawn are killed. A lot of blood is shown, as well as clear distress from one of the main characters.

Profanity

  • One character introduced later in the anime frequently calls one of the main characters a "shitty little shrimp"

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • The captain of the black bulls is often seen smoking with no consequences.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • It shows a character slaughtering a bunch of kids to survive which shows large amounts of blood
  • A little boy gets his amulet stolen by a grown man who wanted to sell it for drinking money. a second little boy comes along and gets it back, but get severly beat up in the process.
  • in an episode, a man artificially becomes a mud monster
  • Luck backstory may be disturbing to younger children, as it is shown that his mother hits him.
