Violence & Gore
- Early in the game's story line, after Mae and her friends leave the diner, they find a severed arm on the ground, though this is not graphic and no blood is shown.
- An antagonist gets shot in the shoulder with a crossbow near the end of the game.
- Near the end of the game, a cult member tries to capture Mae, but he is crushed by an elevator, leaving behind his arm. This is not graphic, however.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- Near the end of the game the antagonists confess to throwing people for years down a pit
- Almost halfway through the game offscreen it is implied that an antagonist has their leg crushed under a rock and he has to be pulled out from under it. This is followed by the character "screaming"
- During the final moments of the game, the main protagonist is nearly killed by a cultist, but is saved last second. This sequence is quite intense.
