At 35:03, when Ty is punching in the code to open the door to the starboard hatch, the door starts to move before he punches the last digit of the code.
The condition of the drawing Ty made for Isaac changes repeatedly throughout the episode. It is sometimes wrinkled or even folded, yet will return to being perfectly smooth and then back again.
About a minute and a half in, you can see on Isaac's right shoulder that the plastic insert has partially fallen out and is sticking instead to the outside of his shoulder pad. It is very clear about 2:15 in, and then it is fixed before Isaac collapses.
When Isaac's head is opened up during his reactivation, the lighted mechanisms representing his eyes do not line up with their projected location on his face. Isaac's "eyes" are located slightly above where a human's would be, yet the internal mechanism is much further down, about in line with a human nose.
At around the 30 minute mark where Claire and Ty are on the holodeck talking in the tree Claire's head appears to be higher than Ty's when the camera is over his shoulder and as such they appear to be on the same branch. When the camera is over her shoulder, however, Ty appears to be on a higher branch than his mother.
The Orville crew is able to pinpoint Ty's location on Kaylon with great accuracy, yet the Kaylon, who are much more technologically advanced than the Union, are unable to detect the presence of an unauthorized person in their city.
When Bortus, Talla, and Claire search the underground cavern for Ty, Bortus and Talla are wearing weapons holsters on their left hips, yet the holsters are empty. Since the holsters are a separate add-on to the standard uniform for away missions, there would be no reason to don the holsters if they didn't intend to bring weapons.
