When Ryan is working out, he's doing so at a 9Round kickboxing fitness studio. 9Round is a HIIT workout. When he's jumping rope, he's doing it in front of round 2, not at round 1 where he should be. There's no trainer in the gym, which would only be possible if he worked there & was working out when it was closed. Also, on the heavy bag (Round 4), he's not wearing boxing gloves, which are required. Plus, there are set exercises for each round that are repeated for 3 minutes each round.
