All's fair in love and war ...

An exciting story with two motorcycle drive-by shootings with gang related violence overtones. The two victims are a father and son from the notorious McGuire family.

A second successive intriguing story with depth and more light shed on Bradsford's missing wife. Hopefully the finale will, at long last, wrap this overextended plotline up.

Very, very good.

A Father and son have been executed in pretty dramatic fashion, by a gunman on a motorbike, believed to have links to all sorts of unsavoury crimes, several suspects are in the frame.

I thoroughly enjoyed this episode, almost every element of this one was on point, cracking main story, excellent characters, dramatic and layered ending, and of course Bradford's back story. The previous episode was a little disappointing, this was altogether more energetic and intriguing.

Hugo Speer was awesome in this episode, he's a fabulous actor, but hasn't really been given the opportunity to show how good he is, here though he does, he really is a class act.

I am excited to see the finale, and learn the truth. Very good watch this one, 8/10.

Turf Wars

Marcus Maguire and his son Callum are killed in separate incidents in what looks like a gangland style execution. Both of them were involved in a dispute with Adrian Cook a casino owner and a small time gangster.

Callum and his wife had a big argument before he died. The wife thinks Cook was behind the killings.

Marcus was angry when his girlfriend told him that she was pregnant as he was adamant that he could not be the father.

DI Bradford knows Adrian Cook, he has been too slippery in the past to get caught. A former police officer linked with Cook arouses suspicion.

A good thriller as we always suspect Cook to be involved but unsure who he persuaded to the dirty deed.

The episode ends with a twist. On person has important information regarding DI Bradford's wife.
