I was expecting something super political and woke, but it's actually not.
The obvious racism is really part of the story and there's not too much about it. It's depicted in an extreme way that makes it ominous and weird.
That's the thing that I really liked in this episode, the ominous and dark tone, with a touch of fantasy/horror.
So far, so good, I just hope it's not gonna end like Lovecraft county, in which the first episodes were great and then it got terribly chaotic and messed up.
