Surprisingly bad

With the writer, director and MBJ I expecting at worst a mediocre film, but this felt like it was rushed and had little effort put into the writing or directing. Who knows, perhaps the studio got too involved.

Kids love it. Ignore reviews clearly written by miserable adults

My kids enjoyed this and fyi they're probably smarter than yours, grinches.

Calling something "cheesey" is only helpful if you're 30+ and have watched a lot of movies and tv. Not so relevant if you are still in the single digits..

Would you rely on a child to provide you with a reliable review of the latest Meryl Streep drama? So many old and tired haters out there. I get it, lockdown has been tough but there really are other ways to vent.

Truly awful

Without wanting to sound childish, I don't think there are words to describe just how bad a film this really is. I felt bad for some of the actors involved, and maybe the writer wasn't even that bad.. I'm really not sure because i couldn't see past the horrible directing. This might have been the most poorly directed film i've ever seen. It was bad in too many ways to bother elaborating very much, but if you saw this and did enjoy it then that's great; but speaking as someone that loves films (no not a film student), my advice is - don't even consider watching this, not even on the telly. It's 2 hours of your life you'll never get back. You could have been watching paint dry mate.
