South Park: Spookyfish (1998)
There will never be an episode as good as Scott Tennorman Must Die
Except most of the episodes in the first 2 seasons. This is one of those classics that the younger fans either don't remember or never watched properly. These are the classics, the holy grail of episodes.
Chucky (2021)
Childs Play meets Degrassi
It's as if the people creating this were watching Degrassi or some Disney Channel show while dropping acid and thought "hmm what if there was an episode where Chucky the doll was killing everybody"
It's like any other show. It hooks you the first episode is really good then all downhill from there. Lots and lots of filler by the last couple episodes. Lots and lots of questionable story that defy logic to get to the direction the creator of the show wants to get to because they have to fill time with all these episodes. Characters are incredibly unlikable bunch of whiny spoiled entitled teens and less likable parents.
Nashville Girl (1976)
One of the best B-movies of 70's
I've been on a tear for months now finding these 70's B-movies like Truck Stop Women, Sixpack Annie, Texas Dynamite Chase, to name a few. This one here has to be my favorite one so far. The star of the movie Jamie played by Monica Gayle is what makes this movie. You really feel for this character and what this young girl is going through. What makes it kind of creepy is how the real life actress Monica Gayle vanished from Hollywood not too long after this movie was made, similar to how the character she plays here cut ties at the end of the movie with the Country Music scene to never be seen again.
South Park: South ParQ Vaccination Special (2021)
Not South Park anymore
It was very well put together like a movie but the covid and political stuff is played out. It wasn't funny or edgy or clever. Just lazy boring thrown together at last second to appease the big wigs at Comedy Central and all their liberal friends in Hollyweird. Not made for the common everyday person going through these whack times like South Park would've done. The first one was alright, this second one was whack.
Child's Play (2019)
A nostalgia cash grab gone wrong
Can we please come up with some original ideas and stop using nostalgia to sell movies? It's boring and is damned from the start. It reeks of desperation, just trying to make a quick buck off of the dumbed down masses. Stick to making superhero movies if you have not one creative spark in your being and want the masses to buy your garbage. This movie represents why I despise the modern entertainment industry. Thanks for ruining another classic, you pathetic losers.
Leprechaun 3 (1995)
Gimme me Gold fella! me wants me Shilling!
One of the best dark comedy movie series of all time. Movie snobs hate Leprechaun series for some reason but if you root for the Leprechaun and find the humor in it then the character becomes cool and it's a really fun movie. The only thing these movies lack is Leprechaun could drink more whiskey and get more girls then it'd be perfect.
Yesterday (2019)
Take the Beatles out and it's worthless
If this movie used a fictional band instead of the Beatles it wouldn't be in the movie theaters or talked about. The irony of this movie is the main character profits off of the Beatles not existing the same way the creators of this movie profit off of the Beatles to sell this boring movie. Just a bland copy-pasted love story with boring characters you don't care about. 90% of the profits should go to Paul, Yoko, Ringo, and Georges family because without the Beatles name this movie is worthless and when you take the Beatles out that's exactly what it is, worthless. Just more nostalgic non sense to sell a movie in 2019, sad.
