So bad it made me want to rip my teeth out
Starts off as what I can only describe as Lost on a ship. Full of the comings and goings of characters you don't care about it, peppered with flashbacks that do little to add to the show. They seemingly all speak different languages but still all understand eachother. As it approaches the last couple of episodes, it decends into bats**t crazy territory, where each reveal makes the plot make less and less sense. I don't think there are enough hours in the day to fill in all the plot holes. It's a programme that thinks it's a lot smarter than it is.
Don't let the Dark link fool you; it is not a show of the same calibre.
Resident Evil: Welcome to Raccoon City (2021)
Continues the trend of terrible films based on the RE franchise
The games had a great story and a great cast of characters, so it's baffling how people making adaptations keep getting it so wrong. The hard work has already been done, yet the movie outputs never fail to disappoint. The newest adaptation is no different. Rushed story. Annoying, unlikeable characters, terrible CGI, this film has it all. The characters may have the same names, but that's pretty much all this film has in common with the source material.

Atmospheric horror meets unlikable characters
A show to watch in anger. Whilst the horror elements are just the right amount of unsettling and well imagined, you can't escape the fact that the characters are bland and unlikable. Emma is an intolerable bore of a protagonist, one whom I will not be satisfied until she comes to a gruesome end.
