Boring People
14 October 2023
I was thinking about boring people and what constitutes a boring person. After watching this film I conclude that someone who's favorite film is No Hard Feelings is in some way boring, or most likely almost completely boring. If you are a proud boring person, watch this film and you may enjoy it, but for the majority of interesting people this will be a hard watch. I would compare the viewing experience as being similar to sitting against a wall for 1h and 43 minutes and knitting a brown and red harlequin sweater, whilst retching at random intervals and not knowing when you are about to retch or if you may even vomit at some stage. Isaac Newton, if he were alive in 2023, would have surely passed on this film just by looking at the poster, and if he were forced to watch it, also would have passed (at no longer than the 15 minute mark). We have a finite amount of minutes on this earth, so why spend 103 of them on this film when you could be retching and knitting a harlequin sweater.

Enjoyable, but could be better
2 March 2020
After reading the book and also all the 1 star reviews on IMDb, I, honestly, quite liked the film. Not perfect but still well produced and with amazing visual effects. The most un-Tim Burton film (I mean it in a good way) Tim has made, taking a break from Johnny Depp and Helen Bonham Carter or even Alan Rickman. All I'm saying is that it's a GOOD film, but nothing more. This is a short review but it says it all. I recommend to be over 10 to watch this cause it gave me the chills and should be classified as horror.
