Faia emuburemu (1995)
MASTERPIECE
I've seen The Godfather, Casablanca, Citizen Kane, everything that can be considered as GOATs, but Fire Emblem is genuinely amazing, better than all the rest. The acting is incredibly superb, the directing is both unique and revolutionary, the writing is incredibly well-structured and it even does Fire Emblem justice. This is a must-watch for absolutely everyone!
Avatar (2009)
It's blue, dab a dee dab a die...
I'm okay with this movie. A lot of people love it, it was the highest grossing movie until Endgame made it hold its beer, and it even got nominated for Best Picture, but there's not much to this movie getting rid of its special effects. All it is is just Pocahontas and FernGully with weird blue-like DNA creatures in it. Sometimes the character interactions (especially ones with Jake Sully) can be a bit interesting, but most of the time it just falls into rather the dull side with not much to offer.
Visually, however, this film has too much to offer. It's gorgeous and breathtaking and completely immersive, allowing audiences to really feel like you're right there in the world of Pandora. The designs of the Na'Vi are also really good, having the same tone of skin and similar facial features while also identifiable when being picked apart from one another.
Other than that, however, this movie is extremely overrated in my opinion and, despite the visuals being stellar thanks to not just a great direction by James Cameron but also a strong team of talented VFX artists, just feels like a very empty cookie-cutter environmentalism movie. If you wanna experience some awe-inspiring and breathtaking VFX, then it'll definitely give you everything you want in that department, but if you want a movie with a compelling story and memorable characters and well-executed writing, then you've come to the wrong picture. I'll respect it for what it did to cinema, and it's honestly not a REALLY bad movie, but as far as films (especially James Cameron's films) go, it's as average as average could be.

Kung fu (2004)
Hollywood wishes they were capable of this
Kung Fu Hustle is a great parody of martial-arts films as well as being a great martial-arts movie on its own. Taking inspiration from Roadrunner cartoons and Bruce Lee movies, it delivers immensely entertaining action scenes and great performances by the cast along with a well-executed direction by Stephen Chow. A lot of Hollywood martial-arts movies try having a very similar over-the-top tone and comedic antics, and while they can work, they've never achieved anything like this. This is a strong recommendation to anyone who likes martial-arts movies, and even though I never got 100% into them, I still enjoyed every second of this film. It'll make you laugh uncontrollably, it'll make you excited, and it'll keep you gargantuanly satisfied.

Avengers: Endgame (2019)
First half, eh, second half worth 4K price
Avengers: Endgame is less of a movie and more of an event. It celebrates 11 years of superhero cinema while also commemorating itself as just a huge, huge event. As something like this, it works very well. As a movie, on the other hand, there are severe flaws.
Now that isn't to say that I hate Avengers: Endgame- in fact, I really enjoyed the film. However, as genuinely enjoyable as the second half is, the first half is slow-paced, lifeless, and drags on. Sure, that's the intention given the fact that half of life only remains, but that doesn't aid in the fact that it still feels a bit long and disjointed at times. It doesn't quite have a flowing narrative or genuine structure, it just plays out as a series of overemotional filler.
The second half (and the time travel scenes), on the other hand, is immensely fun and entertaining. I'm not here to talk time-travel mumbo jumbo so I'm gonna be ignoring those flaws, The climax and the aftermath of it are both incredible and really give the film its identity; a huge, grand-scale spectacle of a film and a sight to behold.
In conclusion, Avengers: Endgame is a far from perfect movie, but it's still solid and delivers a spectacular ending for not just itself, but for the MCU. It will go down as a classic, that's for sure, but for now, the MCU is a story of a lifetime.
