Z Nation (2014)
Pretty Good Zombie series
Seems to be getting a lot of bad reviews including bad acting and bad dialogue, i think its actually quite good. Its a nice change to the serious Walking Dead (which i also really like). Its very tongue in cheek and has more light relief than TWD but it it certainly got better and more addictive as the season has wore on and I am looking forward to season 2.
The characters aren't bad and there are a few surprises along the way. The special effects are pretty reasonable too and the story lines are pretty good and really keep you interested.
There is a lot worse out there at the moment.
Rewind (2010)
Interesting Little Movie
This is a very interesting little movie to come out of Ireland. I don't want to give anything way so i'll say is its a low budget movie but the acting isn't bad at all. Amy Hubberman plays a character far removed from her own well to do lifestyle very well, the other actors, mainly the character of Karl are fairly good too.
Its an interesting little script. I knew nothing about the movie before i seen it and that was the best way to view it. Its quite a short movie but then it keeps you interested without keeping you hanging on too long. It has kind of gone under the radar not sure if this going to be released else where, maybe its going to be a DVD release more so than cinema but certainly worth a look on DVD at least if you get the chance.

Harsh
The 1 star out of 10 is harsh. Also you admitted you only watched one episode which was a very average episode anyway. As the series progressed it gets better and better. Its not in the class of Frasier, Friends, Everybody loves Raymond etc but its not a bad sitcom at all. You need to give sitcoms a chance to bed in, remember the great Cheers nearly got canned after 10 episodes but survived and went on to be a classic. The characters are likable and new ones are added as the series progresses which add to it all. ALl in all this isn't a bad sitcom. Hopefully this will get a second season run now to let it progress even more.
