Search and Destroy (2020)
It's not satire, it's just THAT bad.
Assuming you don't expect any sort of reasonable, cohesive, remotely plausible plot, and have no expectation of either an Army Ranger or a Seal team being remotely competent, and have a deep appreciation of wooden acting, well then... This is the movie for you. Otherwise, it's laughbly bad.
Thunder Force (2021)
What a waste of a great cast.
Melissa Mccartney is a very funny actor. It's unfortunate that the only roles she takes involve foul-mouthed, clumsy pratfalls along with a liberal dose of fat jokes. She is so much better than that. And to take a cast that includes Jason Bateman and Octavia Spenser and make a movie this bad? What a waste of talent.
Hard Kill (2020)
So awful, it's almost funny.
The acting is just terrible. It's like watching the Perils of Pauline. The good guys and the bad guys take turns monologuing. Watch the body language, strolling, oh so casually, down the middle of the hallway, while while the bad guys are looking for you? Really? Next, maybe we should sit in a room and discuss the existential realities of why we are here, while father is in the hands of the bad guys probably being tortured. Sure, why not? There are more plot holes than plot. Not sure what Bruce Willis was thinking.
Operation Christmas Drop (2020)
Fun, feel good Christmas movie.
Better than the typical Hallmark Christmas movie. There is truth at the root of it all. Enjoyable way to spend and evening.
Holidate (2020)
Turn on the Hallmark Channel instead.
It has a lot of well known actors in it, but a typical Hallmark holiday movie is more enjoyable to watch. Trophy, cliche, unlikable characters. Ugh.
Rogue Warfare: The Hunt (2019)
Is he monologuing AGAIN?
The whole movie was a train wreck. The acting is awful, please somebody shoot the bad guy because he's going to talk us to death... in front of the green screen while staring broodingly off into the distance... Again. The uniforms, the weapons, the directing, the accents, overall there is very little to recommend this film.
Siberia (2018)
Tedious, visually unappealing, and depressing.
Recipe for Siberia: Throw a large bunch of stereotypes into a pot with a handful of unlikeable characters, add vodka and stir. Strain carefully to remove any semblance of a plot or decent ending. There you have it. Siberia. Pour it out and walk away.
