Awww, Jason Statham
4 February 2024
Warning: Spoilers
Welp, I love Jason Statham. So he could read the phone book to me and I'd be satisfied. That said -- this was a little far fetched but loved the revenge aspect. Can somebody tell me though why there was a whole garden party at the Presidents house with circus freaks at the end?! Idk. Like I said, Jason can read me the phone book so this is for a fan or a lover but not someone looking for quality film making. I enjoyed it for entertainment but quality was lacking. Every actor outside Jason was just ok and thank you for keeping Jeremy Irons clothes on (I have been scarred since I was a kid seeing him naked in something).

Hilarious!!
7 January 2024
I almost peed my pants at one point. I remember reading reviews of this and people thought it was for real?! Lmao!! It's a parody!! That's his whole career. I think Weird Al is a lot more talented than he ever got credit for. I remember watching the movie he had out about a radio station back in the 80s. I'd probably watch anything he wrote. He's so very talented and people just no longer have a sense of humor. Evan Rachel Woods' Madonna deserves at least an Oscar nod because she was great!! She's a very talented actress. Dwight from the office was a great Dr Demento and the guy that plays Pee Wee Herman should do a movie about Pee Wee!! All the cameos are amazing!! But the mention of the Columbia House Record club and Pablo Eacaban was probably the funniest line in the whole movie!! Thanks for a great escape!!

Nothing I Didn't Knoe
5 November 2023
This movie followed what we saw in the media. The lead actress was really good and emotionless. I believe she showed the true spirit that Vicky White had going on - she was sad and lonely. Too bad these two had to meet this way. She made him a better person and vice versa but it couldn't be meant to be. It was just sad that people go through life going through the motions. I really hope he truly loved her and wasn't just using her because she didn't deserve that. Would be nice to see the lead actress nominated for a TV award for her performance. I hated watching with commercials though. Needs to be commercial free.

Like An 80s Movie ... But Not
5 November 2023
Very good. I didn't expect to like this movie but I really did. It was along the lines of an 80s romantic comedy but updated for the times.

Really unexpectedly good. Jennifer Lawrence was good in her performance and the lead actor had real talent - I sure do hope that was him singing because he was amazing. From the beginning to the end, you will be hooked. There are no boring parts to this movie. So glad it was free on Netflix so that was an added treat. Saw Jennifer Lawrence produced the movie and I hope she finds more projects like this to perform in and produce. Need to find more written or directed by the person that wrote this movie.

Laughed A Few Times
5 August 2023
It wasn't all that bad. It was slow getting started. Adam Devine is kinda childish. Michael Rooker was funny. I recognized Adam Sandlers wife and daughter. He should have made a guest appearance. I always enjoy seeing Atlanta in the background even if it's not known by everyone. Not the best movie ever made but definitely not the worst. Just when I got bored, it got better. So give it about an hour and you'll at least want to see it through to the end. Had a few jokes/lines that had me in stitches. Just go with it - it's free with your subscription and you didn't have to go sit at the movies with strangers kicking your seat.

Really bad
4 August 2023
Not as good as the first. Not funny. Not entertaining. I was almost asleep the first 45 minutes. Once they finally got out of the water, it was a little more entertaining... but not much. I paid $40 for 2 tickets, popcorn and drinks. Man, I could've stayed home and seen something for free. This was so disappointing. I am the biggest Jason Statham fan and even he looked sorry that he was in this flick. He was a producer and there were no other named actors so I guess he could only afford himself. There will probably be a sequel but I'm not paying money to see it. Not worth the time. Not worth the money. Not worth the film used to make it. Really disappointed.

Waste of an hour and a half
30 April 2023
Are you kidding me? Ray Liotta went from Academy Award winning movies to this as one of his last ones?! What a disgrace?! Such a waste of time. I was looking forward to this and for all its campiness, I was over it in about 45 minutes. The CGI of the bear was great. Too much schlock. Not for me. I would say good directing job by Elizabeth Banks but if I was her, I'd remove my name from the movie. And O"Shea Jackson Jr can do so much better. Don't waste your time with this one. Dons something else to do like watch a documentary, read a boo, watch "The Tiger King" again ... or just go to sleep. Just want to shake my head with this one. Mad for wasting my time.

Good flick
2 April 2023
I swear, I was on a Spirit Airline flight like this and I was only going to Florida! But seriously ... I want to know what happened to Louis ... so I'm seeing a Part 2. Gerard Butler gets a call from Louis and he says, "I need you to fly back to the island. I need your help ...". The movie was very entertaining and enjoyable. Just relax and watch with glee. Don't think too much about the special effects. Just have fun with it. And don't even worry about the editing (there may or may not be a dead character that shows up after their death ... but whatever?!). Just enjoy it. It's worth the watch.

Favorite of the Trilogy
14 November 2022
This was by far my favorite of the Kings Man movies. It made me go back and re-explore World War I. Nothing was taken out of context too broadly. Even read about Rasputin who is just fascinating. The actor that played him deserves an award as he was spot on. If you review pictures of him from when he was alive, he even looks like him too. I like the way the movie ends and hope/wish they would continue making these movies. I liked the first one that came out but the one with Elton John was ridiculous. The leading actress is gorgeous and did an awesome job as did Dijimon ( I know I'm spelling his name wrong.

Too dramatic
14 November 2022
Not the comedy I wanted. Very dramatic, sad and real. I was very impressed with Russell Crowe. Zac Enron is great in everything he's in. I cried during the helicopter scene. My dad lived through that era and said, "Yeah. They had no regard for human life." I can't even imagine being in the helicopter. At times, violent. Why does this review have to be so man characters? They want you to write a book but how can you without giving spoilers? I would recommend this if you like more drama in your framed. Or if you like Russell Crowe or Zac Efron. Or you like war movies. At times, it's hard to believe it was based on a true story.
