Dumb
What is with the random dramatic music like an early 50s film noir? It's ridiculous. Completely wasted talent of Julianne Moore. I'm 40 mins in and nothing is happening. Unbelievable. Portman is overrated so I can't tell if she's just bad in this or not. I know Moore is working on some other projects which I hope are better than this. No I haven't finished the movie yet but a waste of 40 mins so far. I should make a movie with my 2 black kitties. Might be more dramatic and better than this dumbass movie Have u guys seen AT CLOSE RANGE? That was an excellent movie. I'm writing this to reach the minimum amount of characters.
Living (2022)
Somber and slow and lifeless
They called him Mr Zombie. Perfect explanation of this movie.just do yourself a favor and switch to something else. This is just pointless. No character development. They never explain why his son is always so cranky and downright careless and mean to him. Then at the end he acts all bewildered like he was such a great son to him. Get the F outta here. And 96% on Rotten Tomatoes? Not even blockbuster movies have gotten that kind of positive reception. Skip it. I kept counting down how long the movie had left on the timer. More characters to make this review because I have a few left so filling.
Everything Everywhere All at Once (2022)
Seriously good movie
It's hilarious, touching, zany, thoughtful, just rent it or see it in the theater. Finally an excellent movie in 2022. Filling in more space for space.
Keep Sweet: Pray and Obey (2022)
Dragged out more than RuPaul
Why must they drag this out in 4 episodes? Make it max 2 and we're good. Slow and boring. Boring and boring and more boring 150 characters. 150 characters.
The Unforgivable (2021)
Skip it
You'll switch if after 30 mins with the plot being fed to you in flashbacks and the script horrible. Bullock screaming and beating people up with no storyline.
Old (2021)
Don't waste your money
Worst script and acting in recent memory. Sounds like a workshop for new actors showcase.
The Dig (2021)
Eh
The mother is hardly in it, you hardly care for the characters
Scarecrow (1973)
Insufferable
One of those 70s movies about people with no aim in life. Just ridiculous. Don't waste your time
The Lonely Guy (1984)
True to life but a farce
Funny how I watched this at 13/14 years old in 1990 on TV and I became a lonely guy myself...even worse... A gay one. Even harder to meet someone. I love this movie. Something very warm about it.
